    Air pods seem to be better in almost every way. They connect faster, switch between devices quicker and have better noise caveman. The adaptive sound takes too long to work. The sowuality is great at times then becomes lack luster.

    Great ergonomic fit, light and hand friendly manipulating product. However, this device did not produce the rich and high quality sound expected by other products at this price range.

    I get barebones functionality connected to my ROG Phone 9 Pro. A lot of times the call fails to properly hand-off to and from my car's bluetooth. Glitches cause volume to get stuck being low. Sometimes the left has no audio during a call specifically. These take waaaaay longer to connect then my old Galaxy Buds+ and sound way worse due to Samsung locking full functionality of these down, unless you pair with a Samsung phone.

    Wanted to try them but did not not like them. They are to big in my ears. I preferred the smaller versions.

    They dont fit in small ears and fall out easily. They have no bass, low volume and where are the mids? They sound tinny too. Ive gotten better $10 ear buds at flea markets and big box stores. What happened to good spund and quality earbuds!

We have a wealth of resources available to help our customers make the transition as seamless as possible. We offer device manuals, software updates, interactive simulators, and video tutorials online for your review. Some key controls include pinching to play/pause or skip tracks, swiping for volume, and using voice or head gestures (nodding/shaking). Pinch (Single): Play/pause music or answer/end calls. Pinch (Double): Skip to the next track. Pinch (Triple): Play the previous track. Pinch & Hold: Toggle between Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and Ambient sound (customizable in the Wearable app). Swipe (Up/Down): Adjust volume by sliding up or down on the stem.     Not worth ittt, don't waste your money on them. No bass at all, noice cancelation it's alright still being able to hear to outside noice. Bought them and returned them the same day. They suckkkkkkkk!!!

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The advertised Galaxy Buds4 Pro are a notable upgrade over the Buds3 Pro, featuring better ANC (blocking 84% of noise), improved sound quality with more powerful bass, and a more comfortable, refined design. They offer more natural transparency and better microphone quality. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro feature a richer, more balanced sound with tighter, more powerful bass (11mm woofer) and cleaner, less harsh highs thanks to refined tuning. They provide a wider soundstage, better instrument separation, and more natural, less "piercing" mids, making them more enjoyable for extended listening. If the ANC feature is not blocking noise on your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, a poor ear seal, dirty microphones, or incorrect settings could be the cause. Please ensure that your Galaxy Buds4 Pro are properly seated in your ears, clean any earwax or dust from the microphones/vents, update the firmware via the Galaxy Wearable app, and check that "Voice Detect" is not turning off ANC. To ensure a proper fit, identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds, insert them into your ears, and twist slightly to secure them with the blade angled toward your mouth. A proper, comfortable fit ensures the best sound quality, Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), and proper touch control functionality.
