I purchase these buds for the replacement of my Apple ear buds. I have little complaints with the exception the Apple product never was not a great fit for my ears. The Samsung Pros fit inside my ears well, and the sound quality is exceptional.

Really good sound, connectivity nice battery life and nice bass.

Work great after putting in aftermarket tips, battery can be a bit better, but thats about all. Suggest replace original tips with foam tips from compy all issues get resolved. Noise cancelling better (just landed, i thought it was better than sony xm6,) stays in ear better, sound is great, but especially with the fosmctips, and most important the inposible to remove tips to change them without breaking is no issue with comply tips, that part was insane. Just, battery can be better for long flights. Next time i guess. Id recommend over xm6 even.

I had Pro2, Pro3, and now I have Pro4. Bought through Best Buy and the Trade-In program since Samsung is not offering trade-in for their earbuds anymore. 1. ANC: I had high hopes that ANC would be much better on Pro4. The ANC level is the same as on Pro3, so not great. Disappointment. It's not worth upgrading. 2. Fit: not better, not worse, just different. It's not worth upgrading. 3. Sound quality: the bass is slightly better. That is it. It's not worth upgrading. If you really want to try them, wait until the sale. They are not worth upgrading to $250.

Upgraded my Buds2 to the Buds4. The sound quality, spatial filtering and noise cancelling are all amazing and a significant step up from previous version. The battery quality has been noticeably longer than in the past and I enjoy the new touch controls much better than on the Buds2.

Great sound quality and battery life. Very comfortable

One of the best earpods in the present time line. I have used airpods 2 pro for almost a year but these were on a whole complete different level I built quality and the design were sleek and perfect for almost every ear size. And the sound quality when paired with noise canceling it was on a whole different level.

Love this earbuds i traded in my old 3 pro and this are definitely worth it they stay in my ear better and noise cancelation is better too.

Kind of a BIG Deal! Right out of the box...easy setup and decent sound with the increased speaker size and ohm frequency output. However, these coupled with the wavelet app and AZLA SednaEarfit tips make them even better from sound quaility customiztion and comfort.

I just upgraded my Galaxy Buds to to these Galaxy Buds 4, and I absolutely love them! They are a huge upgrade. They are comfortable and the bass in these is better than i have ever heard in a set of earbuds. I highly recommend!

The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro deliver excellent sound quality, strong noise canceling, and a comfortable fit, especially if you’re using a Samsung phone. Battery life is only average and many features are limited outside the Samsung ecosystem, so they’re less impressive for iPhone or non-Galaxy users.

Best and most comfortable buds I have ever had. They connect seamlessly and everything works great after the latest samsung update. Can even shake head yes or no to answer a call

I have 3 pairs of the Buds3 Pro, and I prefer the 4 Pros. They're more comfortable for sleeping/napping, and still don't fall out of my ears. These are so good, I went back and bought my mother-in-law a pair in black. I choose to use these over my Sony headphones, and my Sennheiser headset.

The quality is great the battery is good all nice my experience with this product change my opinion about good sound its so perfect

Samsung really corrected the mistakes of the buds 4. These fit more comfortably, run way better if you're also using a galaxy device, and overall the sound quality has been improved. It's the successor to the buds 2 we've been waiting for.

I've been using it every day since I got it on release day. Sound is crisp, it's got a deep base to it.As well Noise canceling function works flawlessly. Design allows it to stay in my ears without causing any discomfort. I would recommend this for sure.

I came from the buds 3 pro, the case hinge is a bit more wobbly on this one but its still built well, overall they sound amazing and the anc is alot better in my opinion, very comfortable as well.
