I'm not sure what I expected when I got these. I have all Samsung stuff (phone, watch, ear buds) so I'm familiar with them. I thought these would be a significant step up from my 3's, but meh. First off, I could never get a good seal from them, no matter the size of the ear piece provided. So, I ordered two different sets of replacements, finally settling on the foam fitting set. The provided ones didn't seal well and always felt like they were falling, even if they weren't. Second, I thought the noise canceling would be better. It is, but not by a lot. The sound is really good though. I'm waiting still on Samsung to provide better tracking, though, in and out of the case. I'm sure at this day and age, cases AND buds can be tracked. Like I said, they are just OK for me.

I purchase this head phone it is great sound quailty wonderful all you need to do is turn on your bluetooth and you are ready im in love even the case its lovely i would recommend the best

“I was honestly surprised by how much bass these earbuds have. The sound quality is really good, especially for music, and the noise canceling works well when I want to block out distractions. They’re also comfortable enough to wear for long periods without hurting my ears, which is a huge plus for me. I do wish they could get a little louder, and I was hoping they would include live translate features, but overall they still perform really well for everyday use. I purchased the “Used – Excellent” condition twice from Best Buy. The first pair was missing the ear tip size that fit me best, and the second pair included replacement ear tips but not all of the original sizes, so I honestly still don’t know which fit is supposed to be correct. Because of that, they fall out more than I’d like. I also would have appreciated being informed beforehand that some of the included pieces may not be OEM or that original parts could be missing before deciding to purchase a used pair. Even with the fit issues, I’m still impressed with the bass, comfort, and noise canceling features

Hands down, these are the best earbuds I have ever had as far as sound quality. My only negative is they don't fit in my ears as easily as my Older Sony Buds S 3 earbuds. Overall, the noise canceling is outstanding and people you talk to can hear very little of your background. I was on the phone while driving my zero turn and person didn't know what I was doing. These are amazing.

Not only is the sound quality better than the 3 pros, but everyone I have spoken to has said the delivery sound is really clear. Music sound is on par with the latest Apple airpods, so I consider this a 5 star purchase.

The noise cancelling and sound quality on these earbuds has really impressed me. Definitely a match for the Apple EarPods pro 3 that my wife uses. The integrated interface with my S25 Ultra is also very convenient. The only issue that I have is battery life. I seem to only get about 5 hours use out of the case and I am mostly listening to podcasts or audiobooks, not music. Great if you are a Samsung user, but if you use another android brand I would look elsewhere.

Is perfect, The headphones work well, they are very comfortable and easy to use, I liked the service, the store is well organized, and the purchase was quick and easy.

These earbuds are wonderful! I upgraded from the GBP2's and the quality and sound are a huge step forward. I was briefly debating between the GBP4's and the Sony W6's. I believe I made the best choice!

Excellent sound quality! I just wish they came with printed instructions. They don't do what I was told they would, and what I bought them for (hearing assistance in courts where I work) but that is probably user error. But I do enjoy them for listening to concerts, etc.

I previously had the samsung buds 3 pro. I traded them in and purchased the buds 4 pro. I am so glad I did. The battery life on my buds 3 pro with active noise canceling on were not lasting more than 4,4 and a half hours. With the 4 pros I get 6-7 hours of battery life.

I couldn't be happier with these headphones. The quiet comfort generation 1 Bose earbuds. Were a super big letdown.Everything from thesound to the features to being able to turn off the in ear detection.No complaints Im never buying any other brand from here on out

I had the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro and they were great! When I saw the Buds4 Pro come out, I was a little skeptical since they looked the same. But once you dig a little into the specifications, there are wonderful differences. First, you can hear the bass notes and hear the full sound when it comes to music and calls. Second, these have a longer battery life than the Buds3 Pro.

Best buds ive had in ages. Ive used all of the samsung buds. The buds 2 pro were great. The 3s were not so good. But the 4s are phenomenal. Great sounds quality. The noise canceling are almost perfect.

I've had every single model of the Galaxy Buds, and these by far are THE BEST!! The sound is amazing! Bass, mids and highs are rich and full, very clear. I've heard details in my favorite songs that I can't hear in other earbuds. The BASS is incredible! The EQ presets are great, the Dynamic is my favorite preset, but I managed to tweak it to my liking because you have a custom EQ. Love how it sounds! The best thing is that finally they added volume EQ so you can feel the bass and the details even at low volume, just like Bose does! Noise canceling is great, not Bose and Sony level, but close. Transparency mode feels very natural. Phone calls are clear on both ends! That's a must these days! Also they are very comfortable for all day use without ear fatigue and the battery lasts all day. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. And Best Buy gives you a $30 gift certificate when you buy them.
