Will not fit many ears

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return these - the way they are built, you have to have pretty wide ear canals to get a seal - and if you don't get a seal, noise canceling and bass are not good. There is an "ear fit test" within the settings on Samsung phones that will play a sound and see if you have a good fit by measuring how much sound bleeds out (I guess?), with all 3 size stock tips I could not get a good fit, tried 2 different kinds of aftermarket buds in 3 sizes each, same result. I can feel that the rigid part of the buds doesn't go in far enough to allow the tips to get inside my ear canal. It's a common problem, had the same issue with Buds3 Pro so returned them. Buds2 work great, just pop them in with stock M tips and I get "good fit" every time - plus they sound much louder, a lot more bass, and noise canceling is much better. So I am returning the Buds4 Pro and S26 Ultra and making rhe change to iPhone 17 Pro Max/Airpods Pro for the first time ever. I'll miss the sPen the most.
