Might be a ear shape/comparability issue but for me just didn't quite feel right. Hissing and white noise from ANC very apparent in slightly louder environments, which is typically where you want ANC unfortunately. Decided to return for xm6's, and am veryyyy happy.

Upon delving trade in, i was told both to trade them in until a separate communication was sent. That communication wasn't sent.

Worse than the previous model

The sound is flat and the noise canceling was almost nonexistent. The only thing better on these vs the previous are the button on the stems are easier to press on the first attempt.
