From the earbuda axtuply charing to there being no random lights to turn on, they work well. The transparency mode works so well you can sometimes forget you have earbuds in. The noise canceling is pretty good, but not noticeably better than the 3's when doing side by side comparison.

But its not a major issue. Every pro out weighs my con.
