Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds4 don't have rubber earbuds tips like the Galaxy Buds4 Pros do, however, you want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Now, whether you have the Galaxy Buds4 or Buds4 Pro, follow these steps: * Look on the lower, inside-facing part of the blade. Between the two metallic dots, which are the charging contacts, you'll see either an L or an R indicating whether it's the Left or Right earbud. * Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. * Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. * Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. * You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. They don't hurt your ears or slip our easily. They are very easy to clean. They stay secure in your ear while working out. It keeps a charge for a very long time.
