A good overall product for a first phone. Comes with most options. My daughter likes it, so that's all that matters to me. Definitely recommend a case and screen protection.

The J3 looks like a more expensive Samsung than it is, the software is nice (updates to One UI with Android 9 Pie), and doesn’t make you feel like you’re using a cheap piece of junk as other cheap phones do

I got this phone for my 13yr old after he broke the screen on his Samsung Galaxy s8. I was told repairs would be around $200. This phone works just as good as the s8. I highly recommend for young teens 1st phone.

Samsung has become top notch in their quality and products from my experience. Was purchased for family member that needed a smart phone but not all the bells and whistles that I want.

She's an old lady so I'm glad it's really nothing complicated and the font can get really big for her. Works great. It was definitely an upgrade for her.

Issue with the sound quality of the phone . Battery usually drains in a day
