Nice phone but fragile

I know phones should not get wet, but I have had many phones become submerged and last longer than this one.

Can't get phone on line through Virgin Mobile.

No phone #'s or human assistance from Virgin Mobile. Have been thier customer for over 10 yrs

Can't activate

This the third phone purchased over 2 years that was not unlocked before shipping. So even though I paid for the phone and paid to have it shipped, I can't use it until I go to the store and have it scanned.

Looks cheap and used

The phone is really cheap looking and would probably brake on its first drop. The phone out of the package had air bubbles on the screen and also is scratched. I will be returning it, hopefully with no issues.
