Very happy with this phone so far. I find it easier to use than the LG it replaced, it does everything I'd want a smart phone to do, and if the longevity of my old dumb Samsung I've been using 4 or 5 years is any indication, it should far outlast the LG. I also expect the tech support on this J3 to exceed what I got with the LG, especially since we have no way to go but up. Further, I got much better service buying this one from Best Buy online as opposed to the ho-hum attitude I got at the Harrisonburg, VA store.

I honestly don't understand why people pay hundreds of dollars for a smartphone and high monthly fees for contract plans! This phone does everything. It has a decent camera, web access, wifi, bluetooth, etc and the Virgin Mobile service is great! I'll never do contact plans again!

Like slim look and feel. Like the many features that Samsubg provides, many more than my prevuous HTC.Hda less than a week, will uodate after more usage.

I was in the market for a smart phone, but they were all too big. I had gotten an LG, but gave it to my son, for it was so big. I then got another one, but the screen quickly became unresponsive. I found this (the dimensions were smaller). I LOVE IT. I hope it lasts.

I bought this phone to replace an HTC that I had. Reviews on it were decent. Price was very inexpensive. I'm very pleased with the phone. Definitely an upgrade and priced well below what a phone of this quality is normally. In fact, I bought my mom one after I liked mine so much.

Great buy for those on a budget. Decent camera and 5 gigs of data for just $35. The phone's also a prepaid type, so there's no contract. Just remember, you're getting what you pay for.

I really like the new phone!! Very esy to use !!! I would have my friends buy the phone, I purchased it in the best buy in riverdale , the sales person was great.

I got this phone for my 65 year old mother and she loves it. It can easily hold several large apps such as facebook and whatapp. Phone runs smooth, and everything works well.

Great phone. Get an sd card and you are set. Very durable and the price is great.

Only issue I've came across is the touchscreen is a little funny on certain press n hold fuctions...great phone though overall. I love the sound enhancements feature.

Really nice android phone for texting, calling, and playing on apps. The camera isnt the best but its also not the worst. Sometimes it can lag when opening different apps.

Phone works great plus you don’t need s contract which is even better

I bought this phone for my 9 year old to keep in touch when she goes to her dad's. We are both pleased with it. It is durable and has a long battery life. The calls are clear and the texts come through in a timely manner.

Phone is good, no touch security. Great camera. No cases in any physical stores. Can only be found online.
