I needed something with a bit more capacity for apps and data ; so this phone fit the ticket in both my need and price. I wish there were more detail instruction on the phone and features, but for now I'm learing to use it well.

bought as a gift for my wife. she likes everything about it except for the awkwardly placed emergency call button in the center of the touch screen that is not removable if you want any kind of password protection on the phone.

I needed a smaller phone that would fit in my pocket and this oe is perfect for that. I checked the reviews and decided on this model.

I am replacing another J3 after 1 & 1/2 years. 4 months after dropping my first phone in water a second time, it started turning off. I've known people that had to replace phones 7 times more expensive immediately after dropping into water the 1st time. I would Never purchase from best buy online again. Never!

It's a great phone but I didn't like it after a while it started freezing up so bought samsung .j7 BUT is even worse I would not recommend these phones about to buy iphone 6 plus

I bought 2 of these phones for use with Virgin Mobile. My son is very happy with his and I like mine as well. My only complaint is that it's processor can be slow at times. Other than that, a very good phone

I have this phone set up with AT&T and it works great for the coverage area that I live in. We travel a lot to the lower part of Michigan and get great coverage there as well. Love the Bluetooth connection to my personnel vehicle which helps with answering phone call.

Overall a great phone I particularly like the fact I can move pics from camera to phone without having to use Bluetooth and can use it with a thumb drive

This is a really good phone. It does drop calls occasionally and the data signal in a moving car is not always the best but otherwise it was worth the $80.

It seems like a good phone. The only problem is no instruction on how to set it up. That is a big problem in today's world. No instructions with anything.. Make sit very hard for seniors like myself.

I just bought this for a display for my DJI OSMO +, I did not want to use my phone because I would have to take the case off before installing onto the DJI. Cheapest viewer, did not connect to services, just use the WIFI to installed the apps and connect to the camera.
