Not a user of bells, or whistles, but can check out web information over wi-fi quite well, use mapping, and similar apps, and even pick up CPS information. I have COPD, and live in Colorado, an installed altimeter app lets me adjust supplemental oxygen reliably. Good tool, good value.

I just had it operational but I still have to learn how to use it. It has a stiff learning curve to be able to use many of its function!!

The support I get form Best Buy is great and they may feel they have found the great challenge of their careers at Best Buy.

Great starter phone, in my opinion, from my research. I did end up returning for the J7 because the carrier for that phone has better plans to choose from for our needs.
