We bought this as a gift for my Dad to up grade him from a phone that was quite a bit smaller. He seems to like it so far.

This pay-as-you-go cell phone is the best one I have had so far and is not too big like most of the better phones (phablets) these days.

Works very well, easy to learn, easy to use. Battery life is just average. I'd definitely purchase this phone for my grand kids.

Good phone but it dosnt have video call for that you have to download an app but otherwise good phone

I am enjoying the use of this phone and it capability for phone use and also Google and E-mail. Have had no problems with it. Hope it does more for me now that I am learning to use it.

Only draw back that I see for the price range is an auto dimming screen

But Best Buy forgot to "scan" the item before shipping. Took 5 days, several calls and emails to clear it up.

My parents needed a new cellphone as their old one will no longer be usable due to tech changes. The employee was patient and accommodating. That is much appreciated.

I am happy so far but am still new to use of the phone. I have had no problems and think I would say it is good.

Best Buy made a great beginning by transferring all my info, including cell phone number. But, even though I switched from another Samsung, the Orbit seems quite a bit more complicated and unnecessarily so....reviewing and then deleting emails is particularly cumbersome. Its price is compelling but I am here to suggest you consider bumping up that price point to obtain a smoother operating device.

Geek Squad helped me with issues I was having because I'm not very good with phones. I did buy an extra card for more data.

This item is a very good deal. The case fits phone correctly. The only downside is case could be a little less slippery.

Great smart tracfone. It is as good as the regular smart phones, but without the expensive monthly plans.

This is a great phone for the value. My only issue is that 16GB is low for internal storage, even at this price point.

I still rank iphones as the top of the heap but this is right behind. My first tracfone and I'm very impressed.

Had to update to a 4G phone but did not require the latest features and speed, This fits the need.

This phone is awesome for a an average beginner it seems to use a lot of battery life I don't know why it goes through so much battery life when it's not being used so I guess I'm confused because a lot of stuff runs in the background and I'm not on the Internet or are playing around on the phone per say it's sitting idle on the phone goes to battery life pretty fast

I didn't really see the use of a phone with all of the features that phone offer. Now that I have one I get it. I am actually learning to use the apps and loving it.
