Checking the internet reveals this is a COMMON problem with this phone and no fix from Samsung or various other layman attempts. So very disappointed and loathe the hassle to return the phone.

Purchase this phone from Best Buy and have a great deal of difficulty plugging in the USB plug to phone. Also, I have trouble calling Columbus, Ohio 30 miles away.

Would not connect to Tracfone network

So I just reconnected my old phone and am using that one.
