The zoom feature reacts slowly after being zoomed out; it hangs up and will not resize. After purchasing this phone I did not receive any calls for several days until someone came to check on me because they could not reach me. I could not make or receive any calls. I am 69 years old and this was my only phone. I had to calll EMS twice in the last eight months; so this could have been fatal. I found this phone cumbersome in the way it operated. I did not get back within the 14 day period to exchange the phone due to weather and needing a ride; so I had to purchase a new phone. The J7 cost me $240.00 and was a loss of money.

I have used it for over 3 weeks....the internal apps that are locked in that cannot be deleted interrupts calling out on telephone and trying to email or text someone is interupted by advertisements. The screen set up is very poor and not user friendly. I cannot wait to take back this phone and get another....

Not with the service, it's the functionality of the phone. It's very sensitive, turns apps off and on. It will not allow you to answer at times, it will shut off and will turn ringer to silent as well. This plus many other issues and they are intermittent.

The pictures come out fuzzy unless you hold Perfectly still. I can't return it because the salesman said if I did ,there would be a charge. I like my pictures . I wish I had never bought it. I am very upset because of the bad pictures it takes .
