This phone is much easier to use then my last phone.

Went basic and kept the cost low both for phone and provider charges. Only real complaint is finding a protective cover for an S7 now is getting real hard. Disappointed that Best Buy does not have covers available all the phones they sell, not just the latest models.

This is my first smart phone and don't know why I wanted so long. It is so convenient not just to make calls but to be able to message your contacts and even send photos or videos without having to use your laptop.

It's an up grade from the other phone I had. It has great features that I love it's just that sometimes I have to restart it cuz the volume doesn't work right..like when someone call and it's on mute but when you press unite it does nothing.

this was an excellent phone for a beginner who previously had a flip phone. the learning experience has been great with the help of Arnold Diaz at your BestBuy store in Stockton, ca. thank you!

Didn't need a phone for business or work. Just normal phone usage for comunication. This phone does all I want for a moderate price, yet fully functional.

I was able to pay upfront for this phone. I use my phone for shopping, music and communicating. I am very happy with it, it does what I need it to and have not had any problems!

I explained what I wanted my new phone to do, and what I did NOT need it to do. Andrew listened and showed me 2 phones that fit my needs. He then explained the difference between the two so that I could make an educated decision.

Got this for my husband just in case we need to communicate every now and then, we haven't. Our grandson did put Pandora on it...he really loves that

I got this phone to replace my son's iPhone. He has become frustrated with then iCloud and this phone allow lots of expansion with a simple micro SD. He's 13 so changing operating systems isn't a problem.

I was very happy with my service all around. Sales person was very helpful and the Geek Squad person did all the work setting up my phone. This is something I could never do myself!

Seems storage is not as much as my last phone. Camera not as crisp either. Still have problems answering a bbn phone call if I'm using an app.

I liked the slim fit of the phone and it have many function that I did not imagined. very technically upto date for me. Very fast charging on the charger provided.

It works fine... it does whatever smart phones do... it's better than those iPhones cause this one my mom has dropped alot and no cracked screen still works and no need for insurance so it's all good...

This phone works ok but there are some things that could be better. You get what you pay for but since the more expensive phones don't seem to last longer than 2 years why not buy cheap?
