The Otterbox cover prevented the flash drive from being inserted into the port. This connector was recommended by the Samsung rep at BestBuy. A small, simple adapter that I can carry with me and use for quick backup from my phone to the usb flash drive.

Connects easilly to the tablet power connector and works as advertised.

Helpful Little Device

On a long trip, I always worry that something might go wrong and I will lose all of my photos, so I like to download them every night onto my tablet. This converter is small and easy to carry along on a trip and worked fine.

Really Convenient Accessory

Not having to take the case off the phone to get to the card to remove it is a real time saver. My wife's NOTE5 doesn't have a card, so it works really well for her, and she takes a lot of photos with her phone. This is so convenient to use.

On the Go

I ran out of the office without thinking of putting a very important PPT on a thumb drive. I got to my meeting and was quickly bombarded with where's the presentation. Fortunately I had my Samsung S7 Active, this cable and a spare usb drive. I was able to plug the USB drive into my phone and download the presentation.
