Low light picture quality is very bad. Takes too long to save in low light so the picture is too blurry. Also, I got voice working in UK but data would not work because the option to enable international data was missing in the settings. I tried reaching out to Sprint and Samsung and I didn't get a response from Samsung; Sprint told me it is a Samsung software issue. :( The main reason I bought the phone was to use it in Europe!

I like it, it has a bigger screen then my last phone, easy to look up stuff on it too!

ITS SLICK, LIGHTWEIGHT AND LIGHTNING FAST. SINGLE CHARGE LASTS AT LEAST TWO DAYS.

The phone itself is great! Love it! I went to best buy in niles, ohio to get phone and was told they were out , weren't getting anymore,couldn't help me. Were extremely rude to me . Never suggested going online which is what i did on my own. The cell phone customer service skills in this store suck and need intense training. I will never deal with this store again because of the ignorance of those employees.

I absolutely loved this phone; however, the missing tri-band radios for the Sprint Spark network was a major disappointment for me.

So far this has been a good experience with this phone battery life is way better than my last galaxy phone glad they worked that
