Great product, horrible service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We went to purchase our phones at Best Buy Mobile in the Brandon Westfield Shopping Center. We were advised and sold a phone plan that was not honored by our phone carrier. Then when we returned to change our plans, we were not refunded properly. It took us 3 visits to correct several miatakes that were made by the same sales representative. We were only offered an apology and spent over 5 hours in total to purchase an upgraded phone. I will never return to this Best Buy to make any purchases as they did not have the knowledge of the carrier's plans or phones to offer to anyone.
