If you are like me and enjoy mainstream, high tech, the latest and greatest technology... You will not be disappointed. The camera is amazing. It's great for the casual photographer. It's large while being lightweight. If you enjoy reading on your Kindle app as I do, you can see well and I get to leave the Ipad home. When paired with the watch, it becomes a great tool for discretion when working or with clients. If you are considering this phone, I recommend you go get it!

my first impression with this phone is so great but not until the week after, when i noticed that it's get warm to hot around the camera area and it drains my battery pretty fast. so what i did is i wiped cache it and observed it on a safe mode for an hour or so. after observing it the warming problem has been resolve. i'm guessing the problem isn's the hardware but the pre load apps that you can't uninstall and runs on the background. but all in all this phone impressed me much.

I really love my Note 3! It's by far the best phone/phablet available. I've been a die hard HTC fan for years and had many others phone as well. But this phone is an extreme piece of technology. Features galore, well built, functionality is off the charts, and battery life is outstanding! Can't say enough about this phone. Any other phone is not even a close second. Kudos Samsung!

By far the best phone on the market. This phone is a Beast. Tons of features. Awesome clear screen, great for watching movies. A true powerhouse. Makes I-phone look like a toy.

Overall I like my phone. Yes it is very large but if that is why you buy a Note instead of an S4. Size is fine for most pockets. One problem I have is that when it gets cold, a jittery vertical line runs down my screen. It doesn't affect operation...yet, but I am concerned over the long haul.

My husband and myselef just purchased this phone and it is the best phone i ever had i love it and what i also enjoyed was the custumer service that was giving to us i went to Square One Mall Saugus to the best buy mobile store and im reffering everyone over there

Everything from the call quality to the S pen to the massive 32GB of internal storage, makes this the best device I've ever owned! I have owned it for about a month now and have not come across a single quirk or issue that would diminish my 5-star review.

Absolutley thee best phone I have ever owed, it is a business tablet and phone in one, from the awesome screen display to the super fast internet what more could you ever dream for..

I have been using Samsung phones and have always had nothing bad to say about them this is a big phone so if your looking for a tiny one move along, this is made for drawing on watching movies and seeing what is on the screen.

The phone is great, just a bit tricky to access some basic features. The battery tends to last much longer and my old phone and as well the camera quality is great. The volume quality is pretty low in which you need to activate the sound enhancer in order to hear your call better.

Great phone overall only thing missing is the speakers for audio when playing music

I love this phone! Best one I had so far, has crisp video and graphics, as well as, voice, music and sound quality.

I trade this in a couple of phones and the process was painless.

After roughly 4 weeks of use the tilt function of the phone stopped working. Took it to Samsung desk and after 1.5 hours was told it was a hardware problem and to call customer service. Two long calls to customer service confirmed it was a hardware problem and I needed to return the phone for them to repair for 7-10 days. I asked that they send a new phone to Best Buy or my local Sprint store and I will swap this one out for a new one. That will not happen. I bought the best model phone that Samsung produces. They acknowledge the problem is theirs but they do not offer a replacement. I am expected to be without my business phone for 7-10 days after paying a premium for their top of the line product. The young lady I spoke with told me "use it without the tilt function." I told her I paid for this function and she said send it in for repair. I am disappointed Samsung has this policy yet it was confirmed by two of their employees. I will never buy a Samsung product again. I am confident they don't care.

This phone is awesome and was able to do everything i needed it to do

When I received this phone I was initially very pleased. The display is gorgeous (full HD). The phone is incredibly fast when multitasking or playing demanding HD games. It comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB memory internal (25GB usable). It has an expansion slot that will take a 64GB card. The S pen feature is great to take notes while on a call. Sounds great right? And then I made a call... The call quality is very poor. I use the phone for business so this problem makes the phone unusable for me. During calls you will hear popping noises, modulation, and sound distortion. I can't keep asking my clients to repeat everything they say. I replaced my original phone but the second phone has the same problem. If calls are important to you...do not buy this phone until the problems are fixed! If you want to use as a phone do not buy this on the sprint network either color. There is a know issue you can see on the sprint forums https://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/135660?start=0&tstart=0 Or just google "Sprint note 3 sound" Sound you hear is horrible to the point you can not hear the caller. They hear you fine. People have replaced many phones and still have the issue. I bought it to test and took it back immediately for a full refund. Buyer beware!!!!!

I'm ticked. Samsung engineers have erroneously decided that if you connect to a Wifi Access Point that you go to the internet. WRONG. Today there are numerous devices that are Wifi hotpots but DO NOT connect to the internet. I'm a Pro Photographer and my phone can operate my camera, or least it could until I got the Note 3. My Camera creates a Wifi hotspot but not surprisingly it does NOT connect to the internet. Instead it says "checking internet signal... then Internet too slow connection disabled" A warning would be fine, but to disconnect it stupid. I've reported the issue, Samsung agrees that it is the way it works, and has failed to fix it so I need to carry my old Galaxy S2 to operate my camera. Also voice quality on phone calls is not the greatest.
