I had some issues getting used to all the features but am really glad that i purchased it.. I had been eying the iPhone6 as my first pick but decided to stick with my Samsung brand

I switched from a Nexus phone; so the display was the first thing I noticed. It's big, it's bright. The Camera is fantastic. And the pen adds value by allowing you to quickly take a note and stick to your screen as a post-it note. All in all, the Note line of phones are for anyone looking for a big-bright display with a pen (of course Android phone). Over the years, it has gotten slower, partly because all the apps, but also I feel OS update slowed it down.

Had a note 2 finally upgraded to note 4. Love the phone, picture quality when watching movies is awesome. I travel a lot and large screen is great for navigation as well.

Awesome screen, very fast and amazing overall. I was torn between this phone and the note edge. However, the extra $ for the edge didn't seem worth it. Not to mention one drop of the edge and it would probably shatter because they can't make a case to protect the edge portion of it. Go with the note 4

I'm really not going to say anything you haven't read elsewhere. Had the phone now for about 9 months. Still loving it. Fits great in my back pocket. Does what it needs to do and is large enough that I can read stuff on it.

I moved from a S3 to the note 4. Day one fullcharge had my battery down to 13% by 11pm phone came off charger at 6 am. Not bad. Day 6 Off charger at 6 am phone has 50%'at 11pm Battery will be way more than most people need. Im a hardcore phone user over 4 hours of screen time a day. Spen seemed like a gimmick now I thinks it's very useful.

This phone works great! very fast response speed to input, neat extra features, good looking, the list goes on and on! Much better than the IPhone in my opinion!

Had used a Note 2 for a few years and enjoyed that, so I expected the Note 4 to really shine since the battery was much better. Still need to be a bit conservative to make it last all day. Perhaps when Lollipop comes, that will be better. It is a great smartphone that I know can do so much more than I use it for, but I'm happy to have it.

It is fantastic piece of technology however if you have too many apps it does tend to freeze. Screen is bright and battery last fairly well. I love the new s pen with air command too. Makes easier for multitasking!

I walked into a best buy store and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service . The staff was very helpful and made it easier for me to upgrade to Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I am very satisfied with my purchase and did not have to think twice about it, as the staff member explained the salient features of this product in a short time and helped me make a quick decision.

As a guy who is hearing challenged the sound qualify can't be beat! The photo quality is amazing! I also have large hands and the screen area fits just right.

This is a great phone. It has awesome features and is real quick. It isnt too big and everything looks great on the screen

I was skeptical at first. Now I'm glad I did it. Very fast phone and the clarity of the screen and graphics are out of this world. Still have alot to figure out. Also lobe the camera. Takes awesome pictures.

First time owning a Note, was a little nervous of a phablet...But it is nice and glad I made the switch from the galaxy line of phones!!! Have to say, I love the screen size and useful S pen. Cannot go wrong when watching movie or video on the Note 4. Samsung products are great!!

Couldn't live without the stylus and the big screen.

Perfect size although I wouldn't mind if it were larger. Takes great pictures and video quality is awesome. Oh ya, it takes and makes phone calls too.

This phone is great good camera, love the pen. Just the right size screen . Light weight and good screen resolution.

Most recent in a long list of smart phones I've owned, and by far the best, fastest, and most versatile. (And this is prior to updating to lollipop.)

I just got my new Note 4 after a lonnnnng wait but am really satisfied with my purchase till now. I have used android, windows and iOS before and had liked NEXUS very much. Having laid my hands on the NEXUS my expectations were really high. But i am glad that NOTE 4 is meeting my expectations. I really like the product. Mainly Samsung has battery problems but the NOTE 4 does a turn around on that front too. It is big and i like it that way :). Love it all the way :D

The screen is fantastic. The processor handles multiple apps better than my laptop.
