Excellent Deal, great customer service

The AT&T store salesman wouldn't do that! AT&T told me there was no upgrades or way's to lower my bill. Well imagine my suprise when I was able to do it at Best Buy. I will never step foot in AT&T's store again. Best Buy has my business from now on.

Samsung Note 4

The purchase experience was made better by the knowledgeable reps in Best Buy...but the true factor of WOW comes from the on-site Samsung rep that Best Buy offers their customers! #Phenomenal

I tried the Note 2 but being unsatisfied it was returned within 2 days. The software was to complicated for an old dog. The Note 4 is fantastic. I love the large screen and the software has been greatly improved, Can not say i have mastered the phone but i am very pleased. Best Buy also gives classes or will answer questions at their stores. I am sold on Samsung.

Enjoying it so far

I'm new to AT&T Wireless. Service is OK in my area. Biggest complaint is the bloatware that both Samsung and AT&T load on the device.
