Phone is an excellent choice. Great camera and overall wonderful resolution. Once again, Samsung appears to have done their homework. You won't be disappointed.

I love this phone all the features are awesome great size and crisp looking screen.

I have been with apple from the start, and never considered changing until my phone shattered and there was no hope in finding the new iphone 6 in stock for about two months. I worried about the change in using and android system I don't need something that is going to be time consuming to learn and I worried about losing music purchased through itunes .. but I found the note 4 extremely easy to use I had no problem adjusting at all and all my music was easily transferred I'm pretty sure this is way better than apple and I don't plan on going back which is so weird to say

I purchased this item a week ago and can surely say that this is the best looking Samsung device ever!!! It has beautiful screen, overall built in quality is just superb. I don't think there is a need to describe what this phone can do. You guys probably know about it. However, there is one thing about this phone that bothers me a lot! The Touchwiz lag!!! I hope it has something to do with software not hardware. It lags if you watch video, checking facebook, reading news from the browser, etc. I downloaded the "Cleaner" app that cleans temp/ unused/suspicious files, and it still performs then same way! I will go back to bestbuy I will try to replace it with the other one, and will post the update.

I picked the Note with the goal to run 123D design on it. Not happening yet. Just because a App is on android does not mean it is supported on every device. I still love the phone. It does get heavy to hold - so plan on using a blue tooth headset.

battery life is weird same usage all the time but some days it lasts all day and other days needs charging 1/2 way thru other than that it would have 5 stars. I am an ios convert and find it does everything just as the iphone, with some things easier ex downloads of music and books no need for itunes

This Samsung Galaxy Note 4 had been my favorite model of mobile phones so far. Even after upgrading to newer models, the Note 4 continued to be my favorite. The weight and size made me feel secure whenever I hold and use this phone. More new models did not have solid feel, secure weight, and large screen size as this Note 4. Will miss this Samsung Galaxy Note 4 even years later. Would definitely recommend!! Hoping that Samsung may make similar model to this Note 4 on future upgrade.

Great for watching movies/tv shows, especially ones with subtitles (no longer have to squint to see). Battery last over day with extended use (videos, web browsing, mobile hotspot, etc.) Purchased the official Samsung Wireless Charging cover, which made it even more convenient to use. I also tried the cheaper Qi wireless charging insert packs (same concept as the wireless charging back, but no extra bulkiness) and they work great as well.

Product is easy to learn and is easy on the eyes. I wear glasses and the screen is really easy to see.

Switched from gs3. I loved the large screen and finger print scanner.

My husband enjoyed the phone. Serves its purpose. He loves the s pen.

This phone outshines the note 3 phone in so many ways. The camera is better, graphics, user interface, and speed of processor is outstanding

I've had every samsung galaxy note and this one by far takes the cake. It's fast and has a great feel to it. The metal frame is fantastic.

The Galaxy Note IV is everything hoped for in a smartphone. I use it just like a computer only with the capabilities of calling and texting to stay in touch with my people.

First time Samsung Galaxy cell phone user, I already like it a lot with all the nice features.The S Pen offers many useful capabilities that are non-exist in all competitors. Best Buy's $200 trade-in offering makes it a great Deal.

Love, love, love my Samsung Galaxy Note 4! Excellent customer service at it's best at the Brookwood Village Mall location! They were very helpful to me in my decision of what kind of cellular phone that would fit my needs!
