The Note 4 is easily the best smartphone currently on the market. The power and customizations are unmatched by the other large smartphone makers. Throw in a removable battery and SD card and it is a no-brainer. The screen is incredible and is noticeably better than Samsung's previous AMOLED displays. Another big plus is the incredible battery life; expect to get at least a couple of days out of a single charge.

Has a lot of great apps. This phone is really easy to use!

Amazing screen resolution with great 16MP camera, I love the screen mirroring with my Samsung TV. Felt not as smooth as my old phone Nexus 5. Last but not the least, the Best Buy $200 gift card promotion was super, I love it !!!

This phone is faster than the previous one. The screen is clearer and the camera is better. The improvements are worth the upgrade.

I just switched over from the iPhone and I couldn't be happier, this phone is great, though you should probably try it in person to make sure it isn't to big for you.

There are some glitches with this phone. Had to have it replaced the same week that I bought it because the auto focus wouldn't work. Now it keeps freezing and restarting on it's own. Other than that it'd a good phone.

I was an Iphone user are about 3 years now and I wanted to have a balance in my life. I had a Samsung Tablet along with my Iphone. I noticed now that most phone are not as friendly as I would like for business people. Blackberries are a little behind and I didn't want to go back. I got the Note4 to have a different experience. So far so good. I am able to right notes when I am in a meeting and send them between my devices. The phone user friendly and I am able to have a better business experience when I am talking with a client. I would recommend this phone for anyone who does a lot of business with their phone.

This phone as many great features, such as a great camera and easy to use a feature.

Switched from Apple to Samsung on the Note 3 and now have a Note 4. Would suggest to anyone who wants to have a lot more control and options at their control!

i love the phone and the features generally. had to swap it out however because camera wasn't focusing and found out that is a common problem. i hope it doesn't happen again or i will regret sticking with samsung.

Overall, the phone is great. It can be slow at times and a little too touch sensitive. I was told my phone bill would be a lot lower than it actually is. If I had to do it all over again, I would still buy this phone! Even though it's big, you get used to it.

I enjoy using galaxy note 4. I have been using iphone for a couple of year. Galaxy note can do stuff so much more that iphone. Only one downside that i have is the battery run out very quick, so u should have the back up plan if u r going to use it all day.

Mark and VJ went beyond the call of duty. They were both extremely patient with me and my husband. We both took a class from VJ and learned many of the basics. Highly recommend classes to others

The note 4 is amazing, it's fast and takes great pictures. The customer service left a little to be desired.

If you're looking for a phone that does everything-- this is it. I have had an apple phone for years and decided that I wanted to try something different. I love the customization features on the phone, as well as the battery life. The app store is easy to use. Because the screen is so wide, it is not a phone that I would recommend using with one hand. The reason why I am giving this a 4/5 stars is because it comes with a fast adaptive charger-which is great! But there is no charger you can buy on the market, so you're stuck with only one.

Is everything I wanted when upgrading from my Note 1. Display on Note 1 was good but the Note 4 is the best display I have had to date.
