Vibrant display, crisp camera, easy to use even one handed, recommended for any serious cell phone user

I previously had a Iphone 5. The Galaxy Note 4 is a fantastic phone. It's a large phone but I like that. The screen is very high resolution and the phone works with Samsung's Gear VR, virtual reality device from Oculus which is incredible. The Gear VR is reason enough to buy the Note 4.

I actually purchased TWO (one for myself and one for my wife). Sadly, the individual helping us was not familiar with how to do so. Everything from hot-swaping the SIM and SD card to allowing us to handle the migration of data from the old phones (thankfully Note 2's). We were lucky enough to get my wife into the store to exchange her phone since it was damaged. Unfortunately, I work away from home and didn't get the chance during the 14 days return policy. Now I'm stuck with a phone that "sometimes" recognizes the SD card and the external facing camera has focusing issues for the first two minutes (it works fine after that). Unfortunately, I don't know if it is really the phone or the setup or a combination. Based on what I've seen with TWO phones I'd have to say I wouldn't recommend the NOTE 4.

My favorite Samsung phone yet! The 16MP camera is amazing, as well as the OIS. The 3.7 MP Front-facing camera and wide angle selfie is a welcomed improvement. I love how i can take a selfie with the heart rate monitor on the back. It's a very intuitive choice. The fingerprint scanner is also much-improved. And I love the see-through widgets!

Another excellent product in the Samsung Galaxy line. I'm Samsung and Android all the way, never disappointed, excellent quality build. Just don't like the ATT bloatware.

I bought this phone for my mom and it is excellent! The associates stayed 30min late to help make sure we got the right one!

Awesome camera but best buy staff were glaringly false about being able to easily transfer from iPhone - none of my music transferred and my contacts while they did transfer - theyre are multiple versions of every contact.

Purchased the Galaxy Note 4 on January 15. Went to 3 classes to learn more about how to operate it, because I had an IPhone before which was easy to operate and had to get accustomed to an android. All in all, once I get more familiar with it, I am sure I would give it a 5 star.

My son was impressed with the phone. He actually switched over from an iPhone. He said he was getting older ( mind you he is only 22). I thought that was hilarious.

Battery life is great. I love the size and the quality of the pictures. Very easy o use.

My husband bought me this phone to replace the Note 3 that I had. I love the pictures it takes but the volume on this phone is so much worse than on the Note 3. I have to have it on speakerphone to hear anyone.

I had the gn2..then the gn3 which was better and pretty dang good tech. Playing with Best Buy stores demo model of the GN4 I could see and feel improvements in the operating firmware and the power and responsiveness of the phone itself. The camera is much better resolution. The S Pen is more functional very smooth. These attributes and more were affirmed in the 40 days I have had my own Galaxy Note 4

The phone is outstanding in every way. I have only two honest complaints and they have nothing to do with Samsung... 1) the AT&T bloatware is always annoying and ridiculous. 2) the phone, again from AT&T, doesn't come with headphones; i suppose at this point most people will have headphones of their own but, it's a nice incentive. Other than that the phones is fabulous and the 4k screen is impeccable.

Did an upgrade for the kids and our phones they wanted this and they fell in love with it from the moment they saw it. They could not be happier with this phone.

I think this phone is great. Love the camera and how fast the phone runs all my apps.

This phone is better than the "Edge"! Don't waste your money on the extra couple of centimeters the other phone has!

Best phone that Samsung has put out so far. It is very easy to use and a big screen.
