My first Android. it was intimidating for a minute cause I switched from iPhone. within the first couple of days I'm already getting comfortable.buying it at best buy mobile was a great experience thanks to the knowledgeable staff.

the team at BestBuy always do a good job. I felt that P person doing just switch your phone was a little preoccupied with the other cells people, but I think he had a member on his team that was not helping at all. Otherwise, exclamation.. I would recommend it to anybody, and in fact my mother father and sister went to purchase the phone and left by the following Monday after my review to them.

Phone is great other then the camera never focusing. Can't tell you how many times I had to tell someone to wait while I try to focus for 2 minutes. 2 minutes can be a long time while under pressure.

Larger screen is fantastic. Upgraded from the galaxy s4. Highly recommended.

This phone display is awsome and I haven't seen a better camera on a phone.

I went from Galaxy SIII to the Note 4, and I can't get enough of the Note.

This was my first android phone. I've only had iphone before this. While I do really like this phone it is very very different from the iPhone in so many ways. While I really like a lot about this phone, if I could do it again I would get the iPhone plus. I have two big knocks on the note. First is all the junk-ware that comes loaded on the phone you can't delete. There is a lot of it. Second is that It has a crazy amount of customization. This is both awesome and frustrating. There is a tone of stuff you have to make decisions on that the iPhone just does for you.

The Note 4 is great. I highly recommend this phone to anyone. I DO NOT recommend anyone going to the Best Buy store on Princess Anne in Virginia Beach. This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was profoundly disrespectful and rude including the management team. I would never go back their even if they paid me. STAY AWAY!!!

I love this phone. The display is amazing and I love the stylus.

The note is great however after going through what we went through with best buy getting the note 4 and the Samsung galaxy 5 we will never ever go to best buy again. Left best buy went to sears to buy a vacuum we were so fed up with them..there employees are more interested in chatting to each other than helping a customer canceling my rewards as well

I chose this phone after being a die hard Apple fan since the inception of the IPHONE. I must admit, this phone is so much better than an IPHONE including the IPHONE 6 that my wife uses. It does take some time to become accostomed to the different options however in time, I have found that it is far more versatile than any IPHONE out there.

This phone is excellent. The screen is fantastic. Removable additional storage up to 128GB and easy access to the battery. Upgraded with the trade in program so that helped bring the cost down. Moving back to Android from IOS. The Note 4 is just too sweet to pass up.
