The only complaint that I have is that when I get a text the notification sound doesn't go off. Once I turn phone off and back on it works though

Bought this to replace my broken one for AT&T. Bought it and had no problems setting everything up and swapping the SIM card. Have had it now for a few months now with no problems.

I've had my share of both Iphones and Samsung phones. I've had both ups and downs with each. This note 4 is a great phone and doesn't have much downside unless it comes to personal preference.

This phone is wonderful. Appreciate the s health that is installed. It really helps motivate me each day.

Not the best phone for this price. Its quiet big but not so handy look.

I must of got the bad luck of the draw because this phone just continues to freeze on me. It takes long to upload pictures and send pictures whether through text message or facebook. Not sure if its just the phone I got or all note 4s. Trying to get another one or replace with different one.

There isn't one bad thing I could day about this device.

Took time to review current phone plan. Upgraded lines and processes phone trade in and helped set up new phone. Had a good experience

Great phone/tablet/palm top. I use this phone for everything, the sound and video quality are excellent, and no real issues so far.

I love this phone. I can't wait to explore all the features and the possibilities which I can do.

Really like my Samsung - Galaxy Note 4 4G Cell Phone. Has all the features that I need and I like the SD slot for more memory. Works great, and highly recommended.

Got this for my wife. She has yet to explore the full potential, but at least there's plenty of internal memory!

HUGE SCREEN. S-Pen <3. Previous iPhone user since 2009. Can do more with it than an iphone

Well the reason why i really liked the phone was because of the stylus pen. very very helpful if you are constantly cropping pictures and makings new designs for work.

I have had every Note since they came out and though I lived my Note 3...Note 4 is by far the best phone in my opinion. I live all the new features Samsung has added.

The only phone I would buy off contract and pay full price for . In pretty much every function apart from the speaker. This phone will be on par with anything out. In speed , screen quality, durabilty , camera and battery life. This phone is better than most phones. When it comes to multi tasking and the S pen its unmatched. People will buy this phone for the normal smart phone functions it does so well. But if you take the time to figure out the S pen , it is really has no equal in the way it functions. With browsing and collecting information on the web or the books on your device. As a research tool its amazing and the ease which you can share that content makes is a powerful prodvtivity tool that i personally can't live without as a work aid. I'm on this phone almost every minute of the day literally from the minute i wake up. Listening to podcasts during my drive ,music in the gym. At work which requires email for communication almost exclusively , I prefer it to our desk top computer. Pictures constantly need to be sent and accessing the camera is faster than any phone out. I read my books, listen to audio books , watch Hulu and Netflix and stll don't need to recharge till im home again most days. Nothing else out there will handle what i ask as well as the Note 4 all things considered. I own the 10.1 2014 tablet which is great but the Note has a bit more function and a battery life the tablet can't match. If you're a heavy user it makes life easier.

great mobile device. i'm enjoying it. I love all the options I have on this phone and i've paired it with the gear fit.

I have been wanting and waiting for this phone. This phone has proven it self in so many ways it is so worth getting.

This is my 1st Phablet & now I know that I won't go back to a standard smart-phone again. This product is top notch.
