Where did all of the 5 stars come from? Had phone for about 6 months. phone freezes frequently. Bluetooth music skips like a scratched cd, recently pauses the audio for no reason at all. The apps download and installed itself even though i turned off the auto update option....even though i love the resolutions of the screen but this will be my first and last samsung phone i will own.

The phone was under warranty so I called Samsung and they said to send it back and I would get it back to me in about 15 days. Totally unacceptable. Poor phone, and poor customer service. And, Best Buy's Geek Squad was pretty worthless at the store. Geek Squad said it was under manufacture's warranty and they would not do anything. Why was I paying them insurance the whole time???

Samsung - Galaxy Note 4 4G Cell Phone is a great phone and I really like the SD slot for storing more stuff. Highly recommend.

So many issues with this phone. The battery life has always been poor, but as of recently my phone is a brick. After getting a replacement battery through Geek Squad, my phone is actually worse off than before, leading me to believe it is not a battery issue. A very light google search will find many other customer issues similar. My phone also intermittently makes a buzzing sound when on phone or recording videos, as well as repeatedly turns off and on when not plugged in to a charger---sometimes it will not even boot up on the charger. The GPS antenna on my phone is very weak, often getting me lost while using it as navigation in Los Angeles. Stuck with a brick of a phone now, and have to wait a few months to upgrade. I would suggest buying a $20 AT&T Go Phone before this one, and I am honestly not too confident in buying another Samsung device.

really! I have had my Note 4 for almost a week. Many of its features are an improvement over my Note 3. Having said this, I can not recommend this phone and wish I had my Note 3 back. This phone is very unreliable. It locks up frequently and freezes during normal phone use. Not allowing phone calls or app use. It has even refused to reset twice. If you need a reliable phone, this is not it.

It should be a 2.7 processor not 2.5. :-) I'm just saying

Fragile and susceptible to water damage. Avoid AT&T Next program ... do the math. Purchased at Best Buy ... but be careful as they do not offer AT&T Mobile Insurance. You can end up with a 6 month old paperweight and 18 more months of payments.

Locks up constantly since I've owned, has been reflashed with no results. Now no longer works and can't get it replaced in spite of having the service plan. So far no help from Best Buy or AT&T.

I will never buy another Samsung product again. I sent my phone in to get repair after an update destroyed my battery life and connectivity, three months later after they lost the phone they constantly give me false information and false promises. I am still with out a phone and no one is doing anything. I have logs of all the calls and other information to back up my claims.
