THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PHONE WITH ALOT OF FEATURES AND COOL APPS.. I REALLY HAVE ENJOYED FINDING OUT SOMETHING NEW ABIUT IT EVERY SINGLE DAY...I WIULD LIKE FOR IT TO HAVE A BETTER DELETE FEATURE FOR DELETING DUPLICATE CONTACTS... BUT OVER ALL I GIVE IT A 5....

This phone was easy to use, had lots of features and security and was affordable. I hated to get rid of it. The resale value sucked! I wanted to keep it and should have, but Sprint is too expensive for me.

took a while to get used to the size (its huge) but everything else makes up for that

Perfect phone. Had to get use to the size though. Hard to hold with smallhhands. All functions of this phone are amazing. Every day I find something new. Every one that uses it says they are upgrading to the Note II or Note III.

everything is available in one easy to use phone with a large screen. I don't think I need a laptop anymore. With cloud storage I have everything with me all the time.

this is one of the best phones out. the screen takes some getting use to. if you like a big screen this is the phone for you. very fast. everything loads quickly.

I've had this phone just over a month now. I have had no problems with the phone except for having signal problems at home. The technology is good for the price. And the smart rotation doesn't seem to ever work.

This is just what I wanted. It is the best of both worlds Small tablet large phone. It does it all. Best Buy has been great with there asset and so has Sprint.

I never thought I would put the iphone down. The note is better hands down. Samsung may be the death of the iphone. Apple yall better step your game up

upgrading from a sorry old model phone, the samsung galaxy note 2 is great. it was either this or the iphone, the sales associate convinced my brother to get this. samsung does get you with a million and one apps that you can't delete. why does a teenager need dropbox? the phone is also extremely large. however, it sort of serves as a tablet and phone if you will
