Everything is great about the phone. Yes the transition from Blackberry was not easy but Im doing fine....

Personally, I love this phone. It does everything any other phone can do, and sometimes more. Very fast.

Its a big phone, no really it will eat up your pocket space. But really who puts other things in the same pocket as their phone really.

I don't like the noice when I take pictures. I wish I can turn off the volumen when I take pictures. is too loud!!!!

The only thing that i don't like is that the internet is very bad.

Overall it fabulous ... a few bugs probably need to iron out with experience! But it works for us!

This phone lasted me for 4 years without a problem. Very reliable.

In the "Age of the Smartphone"" this device seems to stand out from the rest. This is an AMAZING phone. The picture quality, the call quality, the design, everything from top to bottom, hardware to software stands out. I have yet to find a single real issue with the phone itself. There is great internal memory (16GB) plus MicroSD availability. There are two great cameras (8MP rear and 1.9MP front). Aside from its massive size (5.5in display) the other distinguishing featuring is the S Pen. This is the true game changer. The ability to actually write on your phone is a great addition to the Note II. The only two major drawbacks of the Note II are the quality of accessories and the S Voice. S Voice, which is Samsung's response to Apple's ever so popular Siri feature. The voice, who like to be called Galaxy, is not nearly as responsive or intelligent as Siri. I have used the feature several times and aside from extremely basic requests and questions I often get the "That's difficult to find, let me search the internet for you". The thing that lets S Voice off the hook is that Google Now is there to rescue anyone who cares enough about voice search stuff. the accessories are not terribly bad, but they are not high quality like you would like for a $300 device. The normally reliable ZAGG Screen Protectors fail at standing up to the S Pen, there are marks and scratches all over my screen from only 3 days of S Pen used, but rather the screen protector than the screen I suppose. And the Platinum Series case is decent, but It messed up the bottom of the screen protector and it seemingly does not come off the phone. All in all, this is a great device that makes it's claim to be one the top cell phones ever created.

loved the phone, loved the size, the camera was great, but couldn't get over not being able to view messages in the lock screen. Tried to download all different kinds of apps and i couldnt get it to work the way i wanted to. Thank you Best Buy for your 30 day return policy. This phone just wasn't for me.
