I had an s8+ which was fine for 2+ years... but I was noticing that I couldn't switch between tasks fast enough. I really wanted a cheaper (non Samsung) phone, but since At&t won't fully support unlocked phones with wifi calling and im always on call... I'm forced to get an att branded phone.... this horrible business practice aside, the note 10+ is fast and beautiful. I just wish it wasn't glass and Samsung usb c ports weren't so flimsy/ picky. My wife's lg works fine with several cables that both the s8+ and note 10 + don't like.

So far this phone has been wonderful. I have not found any complaints in my everyday use of it. I recommend this phone if you are looking for a Note product. I was worried about the size of the plus but it is honestly quite comfortable to hold. It is hard to type one-handed but I also have small hands.

I was iffy about upgrading from my note 8 to this. There was a few things I loved about the note 8 that didn't come with the 10+. But after using this I've made the best decision. I absolutely love this phone and I also take a ton of pictures so being able to use the pen to do that is amazing!

Phone is much faster than my old note edge, lots of new features. The new note has a learning curve but after about a week I got back up to speed. The transfer software worked great, moved all my data, pictures and music. Apps all worked but most needed some updates. I recommend this phone.

Had iPhone since the 3rd generation. Wanted something different and I love it. Been hard to put the phone down learning all the differences. Overall I am satisfied I made the switch. The phone is impressing me everyday. Camera is amazing! Exceeded my expectations when live streaming.

I hung onto my old Note3 until the battery life just wouldn't hold up any more. Got many many years of service out of that puppy, so didn't hesitate going with a new Note10+. So much better reception and speed. Just will take a while to dig into all this thing can do. Love it.

I really am enjoying this phone so far. It has updated so many of the previous awesome features such as the split screen feature. Now it holds so many more of the screens you have looked up previously so it makes splitting the screen that much easier!...and the camera is next level!!!

Had a Note 3 years ago, love my Note 10+. Size is great for senior citizens, and is loaded with all kinds "new things" to learn about. Thanks to Best Buy and Samsung for this outstanding product and service. Best Buy is the greatest store for select products and service

Phone is beautiful, big screen doesn't fell loke your holding a tablet! If your thinking about getting this phone get it here at Best Buy they have great promotions for this phone when I bought it. Plus traded in my old iphone. Phone is thin, light for the size of the screen.

I've owned the Note 5. And just bought this. You can do so much with it. It takes awesome pix. My hubby owns an apple iPhone and he said the quality and lighting is way better than his. Ill always buy samsung products. They do last a long time.

This is a good size screen. Pics are good. Good if you prefer bigger phone

This is a good phone, no explosive issues like in years past. The pen is all but worthless, unless you have a lot of patience. Fairly easy to use. This was my one and only stray from a several years long Apple user, and I will be going back to the I-Phone. The Samsung is not a bad phone, and in terms of Android platform, probably the best-of-breed. Just not for me. The only thing that I like better about this phone is the awesome Aura Blue color.

Had the note 8 and was not sure if i wanted to upgrade but looking at all the reviews on what this note 10 plus can do had to try out...glad i did ...if you love samsung you will love the new note 10 plus and the best buy edition ...love the color

The Note 10+ is one of the best Android phones available I believe for the specs. The S-Pen shortcuts are helpful along with how it can act as a remote for certain apps. Also, the Off Screen Note is great for quick reminders or meeting notes.

For those who like control, possibility, and flexibility, this is it. From custom 3D wallpapers, to 3D imaging and emojis, 5 cameras, (5? Yes 5) running pop up view windows like a computer, translucent views of multiple screens, not to mention the endless features and remote control of the unparalleled S Pen, oh and I forgot to mention the KNOX security system (5 layers; the name says it all)' There is not enough time or room to mention the freedom of expression and flexibility this device gives you. Did I mention a 45W charger and 1.5 GB of onboard storage is available? And it has 12GB of RAM? Device Care battery, storage, and cache optimization? Samsung Pay that works on ANY card reader? (3 levels of security for this feature) Ect., ect., ect. If you want hype and mediocrity, get that other brand and join the herd.

An incredible phone in every way so far. The screen, s0und, camera are all awesome. I’m glad i got it and enjoy using it. If there was any complaint in my review it would be about battery life. It barely lasts a normal day of average usage.

This phone has everything I want accept for a dedicated cast button in thenpullbdown menu. I had that on my pixel and I just miss it. Other than that small issue, this phone is what I remember from notes past. It is a big, bad machine.

My old phone shut down on me and I was forced to get a new one and I am so glad I went to Best Buy to do it. The phone is very affordable and the features are terrific. Still exploring what my new phone can do and so far it is fantastic.

This phone is much bigger than my last and it has taken a while to get used to the larger size. Love the stylus and all that it does. Highly recommend getting a case that has good grip if you are new to the larger size phones.

The Note 10+ is (honestly) far more feature-laden than I will ever use, BUT ... it's also the best performing and responsive than any other phone I've owned. The price is high but the design and performance is reflected in that price.
