Hardware is impressive, other than the USB port - you MUST use a Samsung cable. Software is hit or miss. Some things are better than they were on my Note 4, but many things are worse. Handwriting recognition is especially disappointing. The TouchWiz desktop is user unfriendly, although there are some useful new sir command gestures. If you want to change the wallpaper, you'll have to buy it from the Galaxy Store.

I am so glad I purchased this. I'm able to carry less devices. This is like a mini computer in my hand. I could do everything I need from school work to reading a book or just looking at social media.

Loyal samsung customer. This phone certainly is the top of the line device. Excellent camera.

I received my phone in the mail exactly when I was promised. So far I love the updates on the phone and I am looking forward to seeing all the features and options available to personalize this phone.

It's a good overall phone, but I really dislike the headphone Jack being removed.

Coming from the Note 8 this phone is a big step up. The screen is is bright and clear. I really love this new color that they offer this time around and everyone that sees it has to comment on the color.

Comming from note 8 the note 10 is real fast. Im sure ive a lot to explore still.

The Note 10 Plus is the best phone out there. I got the Aura Glow color and it is really a beauty! Great memory and has a micro sd card slot so you'll never run out of memory.

My SIL loves this. She was coming from a S4 that was way past it’s life. This is like a Ferrari compared to what she had. Full of functionality and customizable. Definitely worth getting this for her.

I traded in my Note9 for a Note10+ a few days ago. Here are my thoughts: - Amazing battery life. Charges extremely fast! - Best screen display out there. It looks truly phenomenal! - Fast. This phone does everything fast. With 12 GB RAM on board, unless your home computer is only a year or two old, this phone likely has more RAM than your home computer! - I don't think the phone is too big. Compared to the Note9 it's essentially in the same ballpark size-wise. You can still shove it into the pocket of your jeans. It's very lightweight too, considering its size. - I don't like Bixby. I immediately remapped the power/Bixby button to be only power. It's super easy to do so. - The embedded fingerprint scanner is pretty good. Is it perfect? No. But close. It seems to like a 'lighter' touch. - Love the 256 GB storage + ability for even more via microSD card. - Don't miss the headphone jack. I've been using wireless headphones for some time now. - So far no Bluetooth issues. Recognizes my devices quickly, and connects. - So far, the camera seems a lot like my Note9. Just very good all around. If you're looking for a premium flagship phone this is it! If you can get it for a promo rate, even better. I traded in my Note9 to Best Buy for $600 off this phone. That now equates to a $15/month device payment for this Note10+, for the term. I'd say that's a heck of a deal!

However, it doesn’t connect to all Bluetooth devices, such as hearing aids. Only certain ones. So try to connect if you have Bluetooth hearing aids before transferring all your data from iPhone. Otherwise you’ll have to transfer back. Folks at Best Buy were Very patient with me. It took some time to reverse my actions back to my ‘Hearing Aid’ compatible iPhone. Thank you Best Buy.

The screen size is great, the features are fun are fun to use and play with.

I have had a Note 2, 4, 8 and now a 10+ and I am pleased every time. We are loyal Samsung Galaxy owners. My wife has a S10, my kids have the A10e. I will always choose an iPhone.

Waited awhile after scouring several reviews. I'm impressed with each new release and advent of new technology. The only gripe I have is battery life isn't exactly what it was touted to be.
