    Excellent product, but I have too many glitches here and there. Example: when I'm on wifi calling the wifi calling doesn't work, I'm better off with my 2 bars of cellular service.

    This is my 10th Samsung phone. I love Samsung. I have never had a screen break. My screen cracked with case and screen protector in place in less than a month. Hoping there is some kind of warranty.

    I needed to replace my galaxy s8 active, only to find they no longer make the active series. I was very disappointed, it was such a tough phone, even took it snorkeling, no case needed. I had it for 2yrs, never had a case and dropped ir regularly not a scratch. If they ever bring it back I'm first in line. As far as the new phone goes, I appreciate similar functionality and operating systems, but the fragility of the phone even in a case is major anxiety to me. I rated it average because it's not a bad phone it's just not for me or my lifestyle.
