I HATE HATE HATE the volume! I am hard of hearing, and I cannot hear it....even turned up all the way - both hearing aids and phone. Only way I can hear it is with BLUETOOTH connected to my hearing aids, but that also means no one else can hear it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THAT. Don't like that they don't give you a USB cord with the phone.
