Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this phone was ordered new but came with dust in the box, apps PRELOADED on the phone such as NBA, bleacher report, covid-19 (very disturbing), pet rescue saga, direct tv remote, and plenty more- all of which I dont use and have never had...very frustrating on the shipping and estimated delivery times on all items.. now I have to pay full price for a "new" phone that clearly is not. The rest of my items were apparently lost in a distributors warehouse somewhere and had to be reshipped. I had damaged my previous phone to the point where it was barley usable and could not afford to lose my photos, text messages, and voice mails being as my mom just passed awayand freaked out at the thought of permanently losing them and having nothing to transfer them too. I feel like I have my hands tied behind my back on this one.
