I love Samsung, but I originally bought the note 10+ and when I try to register with Samsung or premium care it said my imei was invalid. Swapped it out and still there same thing. I read it's a common issue not being addressed. Extremely disappointed because it's the phone I want.

Just upgraded from the S8 plus. So far I really like the phone.

when attempting to setup the note 10 plus, I was having some issues. When I tried to go to a store for assistance I was actually chased off, told I will make an appointment. After spending as much as I did on this device, I expect assistance with setup as needed

This phone has turned out to be a really bad experience. The cameras were suppose to be upgraded and it seems like they were downgraded. Poor photo and video quality. For example. If you take a picture of your kids and they move just a little it comes out blurry. M Also most photos come out like if your using a grainy effect. Videos are bad quality in low light or even if your just indoors they come out very grayish and dark. It's only good for scenery photos or scenery videos. Paying over 1,000 you'd expect a lot more and it's been a bad experience since I bought it. Not to mention the fact that it crashes a lot and the Aux been removed is also really bad idea.

It's an Android so it works, but compared to my old pixel, it's not anywhere near that level of integrated. Being a Samsung it has all of the Samsung bloatware that just gets in the way. Battery life is really crumby.

The phone its self was amazing! It did everything as promised, but had all sorts of issues. On 2 occasions I had the phone say that there was a temperature issue and it would not charge. It was basically a $1000 brick. 2 repairs later and the same problem, so she was retired. It was a common problem with this phone and Samsung would not admit a problem, although there are 100's of posts with the same issues. If your looking for a phone that will last, pass this one up.

I love this phone but I'm already having problems with it freezing and saying week battery charging detected.

Had a Samsung S8+ before this and they are very similar but this one has a stylus that I do not use. Spent money for the same thing.

Mixed review here. It was my sons phone but switched back to an iPhone.

Got this for my son and he dropped it waist high. Guess it landed just perfect because was in otter box case with body guardz screen protector. Phone still in great shape physically but the screen will no longer turn on. Have GSP on it but good luck trying to get them or anyone from cx svc on the phone. I've been passed around like a hot potato for 3 weeks now...online chat, phone calls, and in store. RIDICULOUS!!!

I'm not smart enough to work all feathers, to big to carry in my pocket, just like all phone the more you use it it slows down.

Many glitches, my sister has the same problem. Would not recommend. Note 8 had less glitches.

The store stock was out & the phone was mailed to me. The box was missing the sims card.

Samsung note 10+ its very big. Its good for tall persons only. Difficult to handle.

It's not all that its advertising to be it's nice phone but has its quirks

This is my first time in a while buying a phone through the carrier. NEVER AGAIN, the phone can used like a refurbished item. Boxing wasn't original etc. The only reason I bought the carrier phone was to take full advantage of the network. They penalize you for buying unlocked phones. I called customer service and they said I could exchange the phone. The store I went to said no they can't do it, i said cancel order. The store charged me $45 for restocking fee on a used phone. Bestbuy let me down with this one. I will never buy a phone again from them.
