I'm disappointed.. for the first time I regret getting my new cell at Bestbuy. I went back to bestbuy 15 days after to show them that my phone wasn't working right and because I went one day after the 14 day period that they give to make a claim,they couldn't help me. They were rud and try to blame me that maybe I was over charging my phone.All they said was to make a claim to my insurance, I don't see why I should do that if it hasn't been not even a month that I bought my phone. I also bought a screen protector.The person that put it on, put it on top of the plastic the phone comes with but they didn't had an other one. They haven't been able to replace it either.

The Note 10+ was working great for 2 weeks then the phone couldn’t connect to data and cellular network. Bought the phone on August 23rd Friday and tried to replace it on September 6th Friday which was exactly 2 weeks and Best Buy would not do an exchange because it’s considered 15 days. I had to send it in to Samsung for repair and till this day, I have no phone.

I really want to use again IPhone. This phone is getting hot so many times and I haven't receive help.

Would not recommend this phone for beginners to many settings.

Returned after several tech support calls with AT&T. This phone never worked in areas my older phone worked jn just fine. I would not recommend.

There are so many features that it takes a little work to learn all of them, but WOW are they worth it!

I came from the iPhone XS MAX and did my annual upgrade. Haven’t used android in a very long time (about 5 years) so I was nervous about moving away from the iPhone since I’ve been happy with the last few but nothing really special I found on the latest ones. I was playing with the phone while waiting for my GS appointment and found it really interesting. Ive had it for 2 months now and am very pleased with everything from the Camera quality which is better than my XS Max (video I would say still goes to iPhone, but I mainly do pictures), battery life is easily more than a full day of use (Charging is stupid fast when on the in-the-box charger), screen quality is 2nd to none, design I think is really good and has stayed very responsive this entire time. Android and Samsung have come a long way over the last few years

Great phone wish i could've kept it longer! This phone lasted me for years until battery finally woukdnt charge.

I previously had the Note 9 in cloud silver. It was a great phone, never crashed or messed up. I didnt want to let go of it but aesthetically the Note 10+ looked so much better. I dont regret upgrading at all! Its smoot, the design is sleek, the operating system is fast and responsive, and the camera quality is even better than my Note 9. Hopefully Samsung doesnt come out with even a better Note 11 because my bank account already hates me lol

Prob the best phone I've had to date. Going on 3 yrs & I won't upgrade, this does it all.

I was going to buy the Note 10 Plus, but decided I use the 3.5 mm jack too much. I also use bluetooth, but seriously, still use 3.5 in many situations. Sure I could use the adapter... but if it comes with an adapter, THEY KNOW WE STILL USE IT or it wouldn't be included. Also, more chance of the jack being damaged with an adapter. They are banking on us running out and but buying their bluetooth buds. I hope they bring it back with the next Note.

For years I've always been complimented by my samsung pictures. The weak flash on my new note 10 plus only take dim, shadowy pics with poor boring colors.
