I think the phone is great. The only downfall is if I don't have a case on it my fingers hit the sides of the screen and my phone goes haywire!

Great phone, the only disappointing thing is that they didn't have any 512 in stock and I had to buy another chip to make it where I wanted it.

All around good value. At least in comparison to how expensive these types of items are at best buy.

This has been a great upgrade from the note 9. My only issue is the camera in the middle of the screen. It takes away from my video experience

If you dont mind how big it is it will be perfect for you. Runs a little slower than expected but for the moat part it is smooth.

Loved this phone for 8 months ..... then started having a charging problem and I found 18 pages on google of people having the same exact problem. Most people said Samsung would take 2 weeks for them to send a reconditioned phone back. A few of those people said second phone had same problem. Hope this gets fixed soon.

This particular release was a let down. The right hand button removed, I used this all the time before this model to get to Camera. Notification LED light removed, I liked being able to see the light blink, telling me I missed a call, msg or had a notification. Other than these, which were enough for me to turn the phone, I felt the was an OK model but not spectacular enough to keep for the price.

Excellent phone so far. Camera leadership has slipped as the old Note 8 seemed to take better pictures !

Sales rep said dont need to buy screen protector because of the built in one. False within a week my screen was scratched.

My first android. So far so good. Got it for Verizon service. Thought it would be better than AT&T but it’s not.

This phone is pretty nice. I've owned samsung phones for a while, hay enough with it that I got a second one.

This camera on the phone seems harder to use with the pen that I was expecting it to. Sales staff made it look so easy.

I am enjoying the phone so far. So much to learn about the phone and I have not tapped into its full potential.

After removing the factory fitted screen protector, I found the screen's very scratch prone, getting very fine micro scratches almost everyday (only visible at some specific light angles). Even that plastic screen protector was way better scratch resistant than this Gorilla glass 6. Looks like Gorilla glass 6 is a fail for scratches, may be they tried to make it more shatter resistant

Love these I will buy again. My husband love them. I think I will get some for my daughter

nothing great here seems to have a lot of weird problems with the phone but overall a great buy at 600 dollars

Love everything about this phone so far. My only note is that the camera quality isn't what I thought it would be.
