Movies was amazing. Enjoyed it watching it with the family.

A few technical glitches with the operating system

Seem to get a lot of service interruptions compared to my pixel 2. Internet seems slow. Been with Verizon for a few years now and unsure which one is at fault.

Great phone, and good deal with all the promotions

I received a box with the phone I wanted, but the screen protector was missing. It look like was in the box at one time. Nothing set up per agreement. I had to go to Verizon store for activation and to purchase a screen protector $40.0 value

I am not sure if I like this phone or not. I am not that good with new electronics and there was no manual to help me. I think a $1000.00 phone should have some kind of manual with it. I think that I might have gotten a return phone instead of a new one.

I actually prefer my S7 Edge but it has less storage space. I replaced the battery once but still was not holding all day so I thought a newer phone would be better. The Note10+ is actually a tab bit large for my hands.

Most of the features of this phone are great, however the sound reproduction of the microphone is poor. Tone sounds like an old AM Radio to the listener on the other end.
