Its very big and bulky. I would take back the phone and find something different if I could but it was a bogo. I really hate this phone.

First off, I had to get a replacement under warranty due to some internal malfunction. I needed the replacement right away, so I had to pay $20+ for rush shipping otherwise I could have waited a week. But what makes me write this today is the fact that Samsung constantly bombards me with ads to buy a newer phone. The notifications can not be blocked or muted unless I mute everything. I do not like to be disturbed by machines that I own. This is not something Samsung gave me free. I paid $1100 for this marketing tool. I'm done with Samsung forever. There are other things I do not like about this phone, but I am sure you get the point. Stay away from Samsung, they think they are so big, they can do whatever they want.

I like the fact that it can charge other phones but it lost the ability to monitor your heart rate with out the use of the Samsung watch. Additionally there's no indication L.E.D. while charging. These are just two examples that lost my recommendation to anyone purchasing this Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

I made the stupid decision to give Android another shot after years with IOS and boy did I screw up. To start off with the one and only good thing is the amazing display this phone has. Now on to what is making me return this piece of junk. First of the most frustrating thing about android is the constant freezing in almost all apps that I am trying to use. I figured after all these years they would of optimized a bit better but I guess I am wrong. Secondly this phone has the WORST signal reception of any phone I have used. I wish I would of read all the complaints about the poor signal before getting this phone. Lastly this may not be a big thing to some but the camera on this phone is horrible. Anytime I take a picture and it is compared to a Iphone or even another Samsung product the difference is very clear. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF CRAP!
