Messed up activation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up my new Galaxy Note 10+ and got it home, opened the box and turned it on. It said it couldn’t activate and to call Verizon. I purchased this phone adding a line to an existing account. It’s now three+ hours later and Verizon has told me that the activation date for my new line is scheduled for 8/28. So I have this beautiful, really expensive phone that I can’t use. Best Buy set the activation date with Verizon when they placed my order. And Verizon says there is nothing they can do about it. To make the phone work now I would have to take it back to Best Buy, they would have to cancel my order, Finally now, after more than three hours on the phone, Art - the Best Buy support specialist was able to work with Verizon to get my phone activated. Frustrating, but finally done.

Curved Screen

In the 15 years or so that I’ve been carrying a cellphone I’ve not once broken one in any way, now with Samsung’s idiotic curved glass I’ve broken 2 screens in 5 months. This is going to cost me almost $300 dollars to fix My 4 month old phone after a 18 inch fall with a case and screen protector. This will be the last Samsung phone I purchase until they stop using this hyper fragile curved screen. I highly suggest you pass on this or any current Samsung offering.

Last Samsung i will ever buy

Since its past 14 days best buy will not replace it .

Constantly lose connection

Best buy said because I didn't buy the extended warranty from them I have to deal with the manufacturer. Will never buy anything else from them!

Best buy let me down

I was told a sim card would be in phone so I could just turn it on and it would activate. There was no sim card in phone. It took me over an hour for verizon to activate the phone using an old sim card I had. Phone seems good but Best Buy let me down. I should not have to pay the $40 activation fee.!!

The apps do not work properly, slow, and it freezes al the time. Although is supposed to have enough memory it only works poorly- because most of the time it doesn't work- when I dont have any extra apps downloaded. Worst phone ever!!!

From the large storage space to the fast processors and the amazing camera and its features, I truly am impressed. I didnt think there would be much of a difference between the note 9 to the note 10+ but there is, while some things are minimal like the slightly larger screen, some thing are truly massive like the removal of the extra key dedicated to Bixby that let's be real, no one uses. This phone is great

Apple has literally been selling us the same repackaged item for years and I had enough. Everything on the Note 10+ is top notch. The display gorgeous, comes with 256GB of storage, SD card slot, Fast charging (big plus), and huge battery! If you are on the fence, come to the dark side! We have cookies!
