Used an iPhone XS for a year and wanted to switch back to Android. I've used a couple Samsung phones in the past and I'm so happy with this phone that I don't want to upgrade until this phone is dead or not supported. Never had any annoying glitches or defects or anything. Also Samsung makes one of the best displays out there so it's great for media.

Upgraded from Note8 and it is a bit different. Nice upgrade BUT one thing I didnt notice when I got it since it was day before Thanksgiving was there is no speaker on the face of the phone for phone calls. It is on the top. That is a huge turn off. I thought I had it on speakerphone when i was on a call. Then i noticed it was on the top. Other then that I keep closing things because the screen goes ALL the way down and on the sides so it senses my fingers. Upgraded since Best Buy had $450 off without any trade in. Nobody else had a deal like that. Not even Samsung.

I am happy I purchased the Note 10+. It is a wonderful phone with camera. Being a first time Note user, I find there is a lot to learn. I do wish there was better tips available on paper vs using youtube.

Upgraded to the Samsung Note 10+ 256. It was a toss up between this and the 512 5G. So far I'm pleased with this. The phone is sleek and operates very smoothly. When tweaked in developer mode,, the UI can move much faster than out of the box. I really haven't seen much of a difference between Oreo and Pie, but I figured it will be more evident as I continue using. So far it's a great phone.
