Traded a note 8 for the note 10 and love tjat I upgraded

I love it but the edge screen is too sensitive if you don't have a case on it. I always go with the otter box defender. Without it I think I'd break the thing it's so slim and slippery. Which it's a bad thing mind you it's a very sharp phone. I got the blue one that's only available at bestbuy and I'm glad I did this thing is nice.

Sales person not so great.Seemed like i was rushed. His co worker told him he was leaving at noon. It was 1130. He could of gave me to another person. He didnt. I was supposed to be shown cases and chargerd that didnt happen. Im disappointed with the way i was treated. When i went in for the watch the sales personwas super.

went from older iPhone to the galaxy... i am not very phone savvy so it took a long while to learn the phone... it is a nice sleek design though...battery lasts forever..

Overall Best buy did great. I recieved my shipment early and was able to upgrade phone to my plan with ease. I couldn't find the note 10+ anywhere but I'm glad I finally found it... everywhere I looked no one had this phone, I was ready to give up and say forget it but best buy came through.

Great Phone Long Battery life very fast love this phone

This phone has been the most consistent phone that I've ever used. I had it for 2 years, and it never failed me. The build quality and software have always been completely solid, although a little bland. My only issue is that the camera has never been that great.

Best phone ever, beautiful pictures, fast and reliable

One month in, I love this phone. I loved the last Samsung I had (Note 5), and I had no complaints about my former phone (Pixel 2 XL), but this was the clear choice when upgrading last month. The display is phenomenal, and the punch hole camera is so striking--it's the thing that typically catches someone's eye when they ask what phone I have. My only small regret is the sound quality, which may be a function of the Spigen case I'm using. Calls, music, and other sound isn't very crisp, especially compared to the Pixel 2 XL, which had two visible speakers on the front face of the phone.
