Excellent screen. Very fast. Best note yet!!!!!!!!

Setup was done by an associate who admitted she was an Apple person not an Android person, consequently it took longer than necessary and was a little annoying in that she had to ask for help every step of the way, which weaked my confidence that it was being done right. But all is well that ends well, 2 hours later.

Great phone, very fast speed and can't be happier!

I would highly recommend Best Buy for your Smartphone purchase. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is exactly what I wanted, and the special Aura Blue, made just for Best Buy, makes it all the better. I saved $250 and got a $50 Best Buy Gift Card which I purchased the Otter Box for this phone.

I love my new phone. The ONLY thing I don't like is there isn't a regular headphone jack. However, it does come with a great set of ear buds.

I am so fascinated about the many features my phone has. This was a very good investment and the sales associate was so very helpful. Thanks Samsung for making a great product and thanks Best Buy for selling the best and for your knowledgeable/helpful staff. Give him a raise! He never let's me down.

My husband has been wanting this since it came out. Best Buy had it on sale, finally! Verizon did not. So it was a Father's day present. He loves it. He has had Droids in the past and his last phone was the Samsung 8+. He is enjoying getting to know his new phone. So far so good.

Very well satisfied with most aspects of my Samsung Note 10 +. I'm just in need of some ways to tweak it for my best use. Love the size and color.

Like the phone, still trying to navigate through everything. Awesome display and camera which is why I bought it but some features need work arounds.

My son upgraded to this phone recently and likes the larger size screen as well as the 256 storage capacity. Lots of nice features on this phone.

This phone is by far the best Samsung Galaxy Note phone to date. You can do so much with this phone that I'm learning new things every day it seems. If you have one of the previous Note phones, I highly suggest upgrading to the Note 10+

The staff was great while do my upgrade today. After getting the device, they had one person setup to transfer your old phone data. They had you verify everything was good then factory reset your old device in front of you. Great job.

I have been a Samsung / Droid user since day one. I have owned every model since the original Droid. Samsung is a solid performer with NEVER a problem. Just keep it in a GOOD case such as an Otterbox and when you upgrade, it will look as new as the day you put it in the case.

phone takes great pictures, I think sound quality could be much better, I use an Otter box case which seems to make sound quality even worse.

I have gone through a few Samsung Notes and this one is great now that I have a case on it. Without the case, I could not keep ahold of it. It constantly slipped and I would accidentally touched things on the side but now that I have an Otterbox on it the phone is amazing!

Truthfully, the only VERY MINOR annoyance is that the screen is SO big that I accidentally touch/type when I don't mean to whilst reaching across the screen. The color is the phone is so much better than I expected - absolutely requires a case, though... I suggest finding the clearest one you can.

Love this new phone. Only thing after a year Verizon has slowed the internet down on these so bad... The phone itself is great and my wife and I love them. We have been a Samsung fan for years and only time we switched is when the one Note caught fire lol...
