I love this phone. Love color blue and performance. Way more than this old man needs, buts its all there. Best buy rep Tanner was great in helping set up. Both Tanner and Adam are outstanding reps for BEST BUY WILLISTON.

This is a great phone for people that are busy and on the go that don't want to bring their laptop with them and, also for people that like to multitask. I traded my note 9 and got a great deal. I highly recommend this phone.

I love my new phone so much the color is beautiful the phone and features are awsome I am glad I upgraded from my note 9 to the note 10+ I wouldn't change it for anything in the world I definitely recommend getting this phone

Long time Samsung fan and Note user. Super excited to trade up from my Note 8 to the new Note 10 Plus. I preordered direct through Samsung an Unlocked Note 10 Plus that I used on Verizon. Love the phone, but had terrible signal issues. I would be in 1X or 3G in places I never saw anything but 4G LTE with the Note 8. Same thing with my wife's S8 having great service, while I was in 3G. After much teeth pulling and involving Samsung Executive customer service, I was told I could send the phone back for a refund. I decided this time I wanted a carrier phone to make sure signal quality was dialed in. I went to Best Buy and got the last Verizon Note 10 Plus. Come home and activate the phone and am immediately in 3G. Since then, I have 4G most of the time, but will go into 3G or lose signal completely quite often or have to toggle airplane mode to get it 4g back...There is an obvious signal quality issue with these phones. I absolutely love this phone when my signal is good, but it is useless when I can't even use Google Maps or pull email due to poor signal quality. There are 20 plus pages of similar complaints on the Samsung Community Forums..Fix this issue and it is once again the perfect device.

I've been an avid Samsung user since the Note 3. This feels like a great return to form since then. The only thing that I dislike is how bad the fingerprint sensor is on the screen. I've registered my thumb multiple times, in multiple directions, multiple placements, and yet it is still having difficulty figuring out it's my thumb. Aside from the fingerprint sensor, it's a fantastic phone

This is by far the best phone I've owned. I upgraded from a Pixel 2XL. This phone has more RAM (12GB) than my MacBook Pro. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants the best of the best Samsung has to offer.

Very functional phone . I can keep up with daily task . Only problem i had , it lock me out for some reason ask for my security number that was not working . Verizon employee only seen this happen on i phones. Had to wipe it then reenter all my info. Its a big phone with a otterbox csse.

Great phone, but I purchased it because Best Buy said the motherboard on my 15 month old phone failed and I had no choice other than to buy a new phone. But that turned out to be untrue; the old phone works fine after I restarted it. I gave this feedback to Verizon and they said a "manager" would be calling me. Three weeks later I have heard from no one from (either) Verizon or Best Buy. Terrible!

My wife wanted a phone with everything she needed. This was the phone for her. Better for her eyes and a lot more space than her previous phones combined. She's happy, so I'm the hubby of the year (:

I love the phone and the pen. There's a lot to learn on this phone and I'm learning a little everyday. I had the S8+. These are very similar but of course there's a lot more on this! I'd recommend these phones.

I. Cracked my note 8 screen and just paid it off, so instead of worrying about fixing it I upgraded, Bestbuy aways has better deals than getting it from Verizon. Still learning but love my new phone.

This is the lightest phone I have ever owned hands down! S-Pen is amazing and the ability to pair with my Windows 10 PC could not be simpler. No Bloat ware, everything loaded out of the box can be removed.

I've been a Samsung Note fan for several years now and this is another great phone. So far I haven't found much to complain about except that you need to place the precisely or it won't charge wirelessly.
