Great phone overall, i had stopped buying samsung phones for a few years was using lg's but recently the last phones they came up with i didn't like them, so i decided to give samsung another chance, and so far i was glad i did i had this phone for over a month and i love it, only thing i didnt like was that it does not take sd cards i not that it needs it but i had a lot of family photos, videos and other important files on my sd card that was the reason ok wanted it on my note but i cam live with out, its got a lot of great features and that was my only issue. I would definitely recommend

So far I haven't had any issues with this phone. The size of the phone is perfect for me. It takes beautiful pictures and is easy to edit them when needed.

Functions as I had hoped. My only annoyance is is a slow / picky fingerprint scanner. Battery life is amazing, although I did come from a 4.5 year old galaxy s6

My husband loves his new phone. The speed is incredible. And the camera on this phone is amazing! I would love one but I have to stick with my Note9 for a while.

Easy to set up from home. Ordered it and it came next day!!! Love the 256gb of storage. Also, purchased a Screenbeam Mini2, to mirror on tv. Easy to use.

I was dreading getting a new phone but when I found this and got used to the size I am so happy I didn't get the plus. Great phone with good battery.

this phone is fast and reliable. it does more than i need but everything i want. the pen's only downside is it shows me how terrible my handwriting has become

Love my Samsung Galaxy Note phone!! I've always gotten a Samsung phone and love the beautiful pictures it takes. The phone clarity is really great also.

got this for my wife I haven't heard any complaints from her what so ever. Happy wife happy life. Runs very smooth lots of storage also very durable

This is my husband's first smartphone. He is eager to learn all that this phone can do. The stylus is such a bonus and saves so much frustration.

Great upgrade from my S7. It is faster and memory. The down side is there isn't an SD slot for expanded memory though. Other than that great phone.

I was apprehensive to go away from the iphone but I am so glad I did. I love the stylus and the functions this phone has that the iphone doesn't.

Switched from an iPhone X to this phone and what a world of a difference. The S Pen is a nice option to have to take notes. The screen is amazing.

Made appt. to purchase phone in store. Had to wait approx 30 min past appt time & then we were told the phone was out of stock. Asked why we weren't called & the salesperson said she called & my phone went straight to voicemail but she didn't leave a message. There was no call on my phone. We live approx 1 hr from the store...big waste of time & gas. Could've just ordered on line but we wanted to have help setting up the new phone. Your salesperson was actually quite rude. We'll go to a different store next time.

Beautiful screen, very responsive os, excellent camera. Much better than my Note 8 on all fronts.

I have not had any issues with the phone. The battery life has been the best out of any of the Samsung phones I've had in the past.

excellent phone. Love using the stylus to take notes in a meeting and selecting portions of a screen.

Switching from Apple, this was a huge leap for me! However, the phone is great and very untuitive. There could however be a better outlet for user training to get the full grip of the massive amount of features!

The note 10 seems to be another great Samsung product. Its my first Note and love the S pen and the notebook option. Still learning

Works great, still learning the various features. Fast, clear view, somewhat easy to carry; after all it is like a mini-computer.
