After talking with my service provider about upgrading my phone, I decided to go to best buy on Black Friday. The entire experience was quick, easy and painless. The sales Rep was very pleasant to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was able to get the phone that I wanted while saving money at the same time. I was in and out, with phone in hand, in under an hour. Great experience!

Camera looks great, battery life is better than my S10+, and the phone feels alot faster.

I've been using Galaxy phones, specifically Notes, for about six years now and I have to say that the 10+ is the best so far. Even though it's 10 inches diagonal, they've managed to keep the weight down. Processor is lightning fast, video is on par with devices twice its size. Overall, I highly recommend the Note 10+ for folks who want a great smart phone experience.

When I first saw the Samsung - Galaxy Note10+ 256GB, I was curious about it. I have been buying the Samsung phones for over 10+ years. I started with the S3 and I was up to the S8. I have heard about the Galaxy 10, and was going to hold off before buying it. When I saw the Galaxy Note 10+, and got a chance to compare it to the other phones. The Note10+ seemed to be the best buy for me.

I've had a Note for the last 6 years. They're the best! This one has so many more features, I'm still discovering. :) As large as it is, it's still doable . Only issue is trying to take a screen shot by pressing 2 buttons simultaneously on the left side --not easy to do one handed unless you have a big hand. Great battery life. So glad I stayed with a Note. They really hold up!

I started with the first note. Why? Large hands! The S-pen at that time hadn't found it's place in the world. Now it's more than a pen. It's used to control the very awesome camera, video include, presentations and write in AR. The processing speed is amazing as well as the screen. My only gripe is you can't put Google launcher on here without rooting the phone but there is other options.

My phone is fast and powerful. Love the stylus feature. Great camera too.

Upgraded my Note 5 and am very happy with my new Note 10+. More screen and a ton of new tweaks (versus the Note 5) that make it a great phone. Buying thru Best Buy saved me $200 versus buying direct from Verizon. Inventory wasn't great, as I had to drive an hour to another Best Buy store that had the phone, but once there the process was fine.

Nice phone but but the note 20 is a better upgrade.

Previously I was using an almost 4 year old Galaxy Note 5 and this phone has been quite the impressive upgrade!! Battery that lasts all day, fully charges within about an hour from dead, vastly improved camera quality, STUNNING sound quality, and overall just a much better phone!! I would highly recommend this to anyone who's tech savvy and wants the best of the best.

I love the Note 10+. The S Pen just sets the phone apart from other premium devices. Coming from the S10+, which I loved, having the pen makes a huge difference to me. Being able to mark prints or have customers sign is nice. The camera is great and the phone feels and looks premium as well.

So far this has been the best phone that I have purchased! I like the large screen, I like the awesome picture quality that it has, I like the space that comes with it, I can store so much more coming from a phone with 64GB to one that has 256GB...I have only had it for about a week so I'm still getting used to it but so far so good! I love it....

This is my fourth Note and I love it. The screen real estate is great for my job. I work on a factory floor and I use the S pen all the time at work to jot down notes. much easier than carrying a notepad. I do still wish that they had stayed with the original Note Edge design, it was much more functional, I hardly used the Edge on the last three.

This is my 3rd Note. I had the 5 and the 8 now the 10+. This is by far the best of the Notes. The screen is vibrant. It takes great photos. With 256gb storage I will never fill it. The new s-pen is great. I've only had this phone for a few days but I'm really liking it. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Perhaps I'll do a follow up in a couple months.
