This phone is a 5 star phone except for one issue. I had set the phone up and used fingerprint for security. Then 16 hours later I was at my work location which has poor signal. So I decided to restart to register to nearest towers to improve signal. Upon restart the phone required a pin to get into. I never set a pin, and upon doing fingerprint it does not inform you that you must do so. So I called Verizon and Samsung with no help. Except Samsung stated "yes the phone still has some glitches to work out". So I was forced to enter a "wrong" pin 14 times 30 seconds apart to force factory reset. So I then wasted another 2 hours resetting up my phone downloading my backup from Google account. As I had traded in my old phone towards this. This should have been known by techs assisting in setting up phone. But of course better yet at least a warning when setting up fingerprint that a pin needs to be set. So anyone buying this phone hope this saves you the headache I had. Otherwise the phone is fantastic. The screen clarity is second to none. Fast processing, no lagging on anything I have done. Great camera setup. It is not as large as reviews make it out. I had a Note 8 and this phone is barely different in size. Just a full screen display. The phone is very thin and lightweight, so outside a fault from Samsung this is a great phone.

Slightly bigger than the note 5 with the curved edge screen. There's a setting where the screen light adjusts to the current lighting. Easy set up and was able to transfer all my files & apps easily. The camera is a lot clearer than previous models. It was a great upgrade forme.

love the new phone. ive been using galaxy note series so note 10 plus is not new thing for me but its got good camera both sides this time. and i like the pen new functions including 30 feet away remote control that actually works well. i m enjoying thus far with new functions.

This phone's software seems a lot more polished than my last phone and the features on this phone are incredible. The battery life is excellent. I wake up at 4 am to go to work, and don't get home till 7 and the phone at that point just reaches 45% battery life. Which is incredible since that is 15+ hours of use and still has almost 50% left. Keep on mind this is with moderate to heavy use. The S-pen is pretty sweet as well. The screen is very bright and the speakers are definitely louder and more clear than any phone I've heard. Definitely recommend this phone. Well done samsung!

I've had my Note for almost a month now & I love it. The S Pen is one of my favorite things about the phone. Aside from that I also love the camera & a lot of the features like screen recording. I have used LG phones for the last few years but now I'm officially on Team Galaxy.

Overall this has been by quite far the best phone that I have owned throughout the years. I love the stylus features and amazing quality pictures it takes. I would definitely recommend this phone if your someone who loves to take pictures and doodle on your phones. Absolutely excellent.

I've had this phone for a little over a week now after my Google Pixel 2XL died. I have several friends who have earlier versions of the Note and love it so I decided to give it a try. Before the Pixel, I had a Samsung and after about 2 yrs the battery had to be charged multiple times a day which I wasn't happy about. My friends said they haven't had any trouble with the battery in the their Note so I decided to give it a try and I'm very happy so far. I don't use the stylus often and am glad it's optional. Since it's an Android, many of the features are the same as my Pixel but there are a few differences like how you answer or reject a call...no biggie. Love the phone so far & hope the battery isn't an issue down the road. I charge my phone at night when I'm sleeping and most days I don't have to charge it again until the next night. Love the color but only a small portion shows because of the Otter Box cover.

I had an Iphone for years and decided to switch back to the Samsung Galaxy Note. I'm very impressed with the features, it is very fast, has a beautiful screen, has the ability to customize much more than an Iphone can.

I upgraded from the galaxy 6, which was long over due and this phone is AMAZING. The battery last over 2 days and I'm always using it! Screen, color, features everything is fantastic! It's a must, so glad I made the upgrade!

The Note 10 + takes great pictures. Easy to use. Love the fingerprint scan to unlock my phone.

So far so good. The phone has great features and one being able to take pictures with the stylist. I love the color (GLOW) and the size of the phone is not to bulky either. LIf you dont have it, I advise you purchase it ASAP!

Great phone so far. The screen size along with more screen and less border is key. For prior Note owners, the stylus is equally as good along with a better camera. Only issue I have experienced is the headphones that came with my phone are very sensitive and tend to volume up by itself.

So pleased I choose this product , really pondering Apple but selected The Note, no regrets screen like a high quality screen , big clumsy fingers such as mine, you have a ready pencil at your fingertips. I'm fascinated with my device , there is so much to learn so much to do.

Samsung note 10+ works great, I am with Verizon. The service is perfect. Thinner then my ex-note 9. Battery life is good. Aura Blue Color amazing. I love the fact that it comes with a screen protector. I find all apps and functions much quicker. The camera and video look wonderful.

My son talked me into this model and I'm glad he did. It was time for an upgrade and I was unsure but to get next. Really like the size, the screen is so clear and you can make note when ever you need to. A little expensive, I transitioned from a Samsung 8.

I upgraded from the Note 7 and was impressed with the camera and stylus features. Very sleek and cool color on the back. Definitely needs a case as it is slippery. The thumbprint scan works well, but hope they move it away from the screen on the future versions.

This has been the best phone I have ever had I love all the things I'm able to do and how great it is at multitasking. The speed is incredible and the picture and sound is the best I have had. And the quality of the pictures this phone takes is like no other.

Samsung has really refined this product to perfection! Great battery life, great user interface, very responsive and snappy, call quality is loud and clear, speaker setup for music and gaming is amazing! The s pen has so many applications, it just works and comes in handy!

Wow this phone continues to amaze me. The look is thin, mostly glass screen, came with a screen a protector, nice size, colorful, camera is AMAZING! I love the AR Emoji and what you can do with it. Especially the AR emoji creations so I don't have to use Bitmoji anymore.

I have had Note phones for awhile now, and they just keep getting better and better. Comfortable in the hand, screen is the perfect size, not too big not too small. The camera is amazing, the detail up close is unreal! Always happy with my Samsung purchases.
