This phone is fantastic. It's fast and the screen is so large yet easy enough to carry around without feeling bulky.

As note enthusiasts, this note meets my demands , had note 9 which was a great cell capable of performing tasks others can't. I bought the note 10 plus and couldn't be happier.. note having 3.5 jack is really not an issue nor is note having icon light for message alerts. If you're looking for a device that can any task you may want to perform? This is it.. I use light a lap top with USB attachment with TV. Its lighting quick and battery lasts beyond 24 hours with heavy use...

I upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I must say this phone is impressive. It has a large screen and the S Pen is a plus

Am back home finally! I left after the note 5 after the note 7 started exploding out of frustration. iPhone was a sterile existence. I missed android so much. This phone is a powerhouse. Battery life is awesome! Multitasking is seamless. The colors are vivid. I have zero complaints except one!! The fingerprint reader is not the best you have to really press down to get it to work. But even with that it just takes getting used to not really a negative. I it love period..

I love everything about this phone. I've been a fan of the Note line since it came out but they really raised the bar on this one. The camera is all I use now. I have a Nikon slr sitting gathering dust. It's smooth and beautiful. Really expensive but with pre-order I got a good trade in on my old note and 150 gift card from samsung. Took some of the sting out of the price. Worth the money.

This is easily the fastest phone on the market! The camera is incredible and the interface doesn't go slow one bit!

I have been an iphone user since the 4s. I had the 4s, 6s, and 8. However, I do not regret switching to Samsung one bit. The fact that it comes with a much higher default amount of space was a big factor, and I absolutely love the S-Pen. My only thing I'm still adjusting to is the fact that my screen doesn't light up for notifications other than texts, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I really am in love with this phone, and I've really enjoyed it so far.

To many great things to list about phone . The color is aura glow and it is very shiny . I upgraded from a note 8 .

This phone is everything you'd expect and more. But maybe the best thing about this whole thing is what I learned about buying or upgrading a phone. For years I was always under the assumption that buying directly from the carrier at "their store"was the way to go. After a little research and a lot of initial questions I found that buying from Best Buy rather than the carrier will save you money almost every time. I saved over $200.00 on the price of the phone alone, got a free wireless charger and the process was easy and smooth...no hard sells for insurance or other accessories. I'll never deal with a carrier again.

loving the stylus for notes and lists and makes selecting portions of pictures or screenshots easy. Everything pops up instantly and the software actually helps me schedule or stay on tasks. The indoor pics are still not as good as the pixel 3 I had before, but the pixel motherboard died just after 1 year. Many friends have had notes for years and I can't risk paying off a brick. Sometimes brands mean a lot when you are making a large purchase.

Love this phone. Easy to use and battery is awesome. Absolutely no complaints with it. I have had it for a week now.
