Every since I got this phone I have not been receiving my calls. I have people telling that they called but my phone has not rung and I don't have a missed call in my call log. So I may have missed important calls because of this. Besides that main issue I love the color and the features on the phone.

I do not like that it does not have an input for an aux cord.

its alrifht and i can play games on it without problem

Nice phone nothing really special tho. Only downside is it has bad reception both wirelessly and using your providers data plan. Wouldnt buy again do your research

Not even a month old and is already having problems and best buy won't replace it. Now I have to jump through hoops to transfer my stuff back to an 8 yr old phone, take it to a repair place wait 2 weeks for them to diagnose and then someone will decide if it will be repaired? 1,000 $ doorstop!

looks very good but does not protect the screen, if the device is drop it can easily broke the screen.

Volume keeps shutting down so I have to keep restarting phone

do not buy ! 30 days from purchase my phone will not charge it says battery temp too low so charge has stopped i took to best buy store and they said they cant help me !!!!! nevr will i buy a phone through best buy again .. please walk away

I just bought the phone today and I have to say it's the best one out there for sure. It's so smooth and runs so fast. I traded in my S7 Edge and I'm 100% happy with the purchase. My husband has iPhone 8 and the battery life is much worse than this Samsung phone.

Terrible phone compared to the Note9. Worst upgrade I've ever made. The phone freezes at times and moves slow at others. Never had issues sending and receiving calls or text messages with any other phone like I have with the Note 10+. Went through all the riggamaroar with Sprint to make sure everything is up to date, refreshing on their end several times. Still have issues with it. Only a few months in and hate it. I do not recommend this phone as an upgrade from the Note9. Quality of how the phone is made is excellent, sleek and feels nice. The software issues need fixed.

i am a fan of the note and have been since i abandoned the s4 within 2 weeks for the note 3. this is my third successful iteration (not counting the 3 weeks i had the note 7 before being forced to give up because of the exploding issue) of the note and i'm sad to say that despite my expectations being exceeded each time with the previous models, i really dislike this phone. it's heavy, the fingerprint reader sucks bollucks, samsung continues trying to push the iPhone on us by abandoning the features most of us stick with android... i will honestly say that if the fingerprint reader wasn't what it is, i likely would not hate the phone so much. the floating fingerprint scanner on the very slippery front screen (anyone else's finger slide all over the place to the point where you could have logged in 5 times any other way?) is the most useless feature ever. also, why no more cascading tiles in the apps list to help you better select apps for split screen? that was something an update got rid of a long time ago. the fingerprint reader issue aside, pros are typical: bomb camera, great recording features, great clarity on the screen resolution. cons: battery drains a hell of a lot faster than it is supposed to (why the hell do updates drain the battery? why were five updates necessary within two weeks of launch?) and does not last a full 24 hours even with minimal use; the microphone is crappy and the sound without headphones is even worse. very muffled. i just hate the phone. i hate it so much i sound like a whiny entitled prat. i'm downgrading back to my note 8.

Review in 2022 and i got to say this phone has never given me any issues and i love it!
